Nice place. When there was an issue with the original booked place Jack helped us relocate to a larger more convenient location. The apartment needs a full length mirror and it would have been good to have pillow cases on the pillows but overall clean and tidy and lovely little place

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I really loved the place, very spacious and have comfortable bed and couch. Very nice location as I only had to walk 20 mins to The Grove and is also walking distance to Beverly Hills Rodeo drive. Would recommend!

The apartment was a great base for our family for a week in Los Angeles. The location is fairly central, the Whole Foods down the street was handy the kids enjoyed the pool. If we find ourselves in LA again, we’ll come back.

Great place, just as pictured. Fred is responsive and friendly. It took us a while to navigate the building (there are many buildings in the complex), parking, and the check-in instructions. Once we understood the lay of the land it all went great.

Krill was an excellent host. Super responsive with all our questions. He was really helpful with parking when we needed it. He went above and beyond, which we appreciated. Place is super cute, clean and everything is clearly marked. Lovely beach vibe.

Wow!! Beautifully designed house and yard. The jacuzzi was set at the highest point in the yard, on the top of a hill that overlooks the incredible twinkling lights of LA at night and rolling hills during the day, with birds gliding overhead and a totally private setting. The bedroom is designed with a large French door looking out at the same view, and the utter privacy ensures you can leave the curtains open for the view at night. Meanwhile, the living room couch faces a beautiful fireplace and a huge, bright, clear TV like we'd never seen before. The house was well-stocked and clean, and Simon was quickly responsive to an issue when we first arrived -- he came over right away and solved it quickly. We can't wait to find a time to return!

Booked this for a group of staff and students to attend a conference and everyone was pleased with the location, accommodations, and furnishings. Would definitely recommend!

Run, don’t walk to Zenice!!! This place is even more magical in person. It has everything you could want and more! Truly one of the best stays we’ve had on a family trip. This place has something for everyone—board games, nintendo switch, electric bikes, sauna, hot tub, large projector, and well-stocked kitchen supplies! We were able to comfortably cook meals, have friends over, and walk to many nice spots in the neighborhood. It made for an amazing family spring break✨ Can’t recommend Zenice enough!

This was the most cozy AirBnb we've ever stayed in. I think between the comfy couches and how well decorated it is made it feel very home-y. The house was stocked with cleaning supplies and towels so we never felt we were in need. Hangers in every closet! We only wish it hadn't been rainy on our trip so we could have enjoyed the ping pong and movie theater inflatable screen in the backyard. The Super Bowl was on while we were there and the living areas provided great experience for the game. Location is fantastic, 5 minutes from the 405, 5 minutes from Westwood, got to Miracle Mile in 10 minutes....just a great neighborhood. We would stay here again without hesitation.

My group stayed there for 1 night but wish we could've stayed longer. Andy's place was very clean, comfortable, and private. The pictures and exactly what you expect upon arrival, along with very helpful / detailed instructions on checking in / parking accommodations. We would totally recommend to family and friends, and will definitely be booking again in the near futur. 5⭐'s 😎👍🏾

Absolutely loved this home!!! It is perfect for entertainment and was 10 mins from Disney. The movie theatre was a total hit and had everything we needed to make ourselves right at home. My family and I also loved the backyard fire pit, pool, spa and the lounge areas. Had plenty of space for our large family. We wish we would have booked our stay longer!!! We brought games to play and didn’t even need them because they had everything to entertain. Justin the host was amazing and responded quickly with questions and when we had trouble navigating the spa someone came out to assist. Thank you Justin for letting us enjoy your home and make memories. If you are thinking of booking this place don’t think just DO IT! You won’t regret it! 10/10 🤩

I stayed at Bella & Alan's apartment for a few days and had a great experience. The hosts were super friendly and provided clear instructions on how to get there, along with a helpful guide to the complex and its facilities. The apartment complex is new, clean, and well-equipped—with a great gym, swimming pool, and a BBQ area. There's also a supermarket right on the ground floor and a 7-Eleven just across the street, which is super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and actually more spacious than I expected. You can even head up to the rooftop to catch a beautiful sunset, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to LA!

Nic was a great host and very responsive overall. The location was okay, a bit noisy at night being in Hollywood. The neighbors in the apartment building were also very noisy at times. Overall the apartment was in a convenient location and the including free parking was very helpful! Would highly recommend if you plan on staying in the Hollywood/West Hollywood area.
