We enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. And the best part of it, parking was near the entrance. Overall, it was really great.

Great place, good to stay and even better to host a small gathering or party. Great value! The swimming pool was amazing also, water managed to stay warm even at night. Plenty of activities included including video games, karaoke, and board games. Would recommend this spot!

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The host was very responsive and made sure they had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting USEM!

Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

Our group enjoyed Ms. Marsha's place! She's so kind that even though we broke something unintentionally, she said that we don't have to pay for it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends. Loved everything about the place!

My family enjoyed our stay here for 2 days. The place is very relaxing and provides enough space for my infant to walk on. The place is also closed to MOA where a lot of restaurants are available and the amenities are also big enough to accommodate a lot of guests. We will surely book again in the future! Had a great stay! The location was perfect-inside a private subdivision—and the space was spotless and very well-maintained. The amenities were complete, making it feel just like home, and communication was smooth and super responsive throughout. The only small challenge was parking, which could be a bit tricky at times, but everything else more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

Great place to stay near MOA Arena, especially if you’re coming for a concert. It’s walkable from the venue and lots of convenience stores and shops nearby. Place is clean and host is veryy accommodating.

Lita was great. She was very accommodating, quick to respond, ang very thoughtful. My family came from NY to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. Her place was clean and efficient. My wife and I appreciated the small touches she did to have our stay amazing. Close enough to walk to SM Aura (2 blocks) / 5 blocks to Bonifacio High Street when we needed to meet with friends & family. Will definitely book again in future if possible

This unit is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that make it perfect for a guest's stay, especially for long-term visits. I stayed for a week and felt completely at home and comfortable. The rate is very reasonable, and the smart lock adds extra convenience, no need to worry about keys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal preparation easy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for my next vacation!

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

Our group had an amazing stay at Chez les Duques! The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a group setting. The location was convenient. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend this place for groups looking for comfort and convenience.

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

Great location as it is a few minutes away from the Urban hub, SM Imus and a few convenience stores. Anne's place is a great place for a family or a group staycation. We really liked the room with the OHP and the free use of the massager! Anne was also quick to respond on providing TPs. We'll go back to Anne's place when we visit the area again for staycation. Just a heads up that the neighbor's dog were noisy at night so you might need to bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

We are a group of 6 adults and we stayed Feb 2-9 2025. We chkin at midnight and Joan,host, welcomed us with basket of Filipino treats and cold Bottled water. Meant so much for our Canadian friends and us. All four bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us much privacy. Each room has ensuite bathroom that made a big difference. A very warm feeling of a home. I highly recommend if looking for a relaxing place.
