Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

This unit is very good as it can accomodate my group of 13people. Location wise is walking distance to shop, menaggio and jetty as well. All kitchen utensils is in places and easy for those who love to cook. Feel like home. Thank Giuseppe

I had another great stay at Flavio’s apartment. Again easy check in, perfect spot to stay and super friendly hosts.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

Our stay was perfect, villa was better than anticipated. Was extremely clean on arrival and had everything we needed already there. They even left out towels for us which we had all forgot! Would recommend highly and would stay in again. Also everyone we met with regards to the property was very nice and friendly.

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Stefano is a very nice and polite host. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing, breathtaking.. You could relax on the balcony watching boats moving across the lake or chilling in the garden enjoying the weather. Shop nearby with basic products. Also the bus stop is not too far. We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

Andrea was super helpful and friendly, he gave us a lot of useful information. Recommended for everyone

An absolute little gem in the heart of Bellagio! Paola and Giorgio's place was the perfect place to stay. Such a warm welcome from Giorgio with so many useful recommendations for walks, trips and restaurants was the perfect arrival. We made lots of use of the patio area, which felt like a little haven, and the view from the bedroom was absolutely beautiful. The location was central without being noisy and the pizzeria a few steps from the front door was a great bonus. I would absolutely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Anna is a great host who helped us a lot and was also super quick to respond. So Anna alone is worth a visit😉! The house and view are great. In fact, our dog Harry was also very satisfied with the "dog amenities": garden, private blankets, treats and toys!!! But those who go uphill and don't like tight curves and narrow roads: please take that into account! There is a great restaurant about 5 minutes down (but very expensive) and a great Tratoria 10 minutes walking mountain high. It's loud and colorful: how Italy is. We loved it. So: 100% recommendation for Anna and her cottage! ❤️💘

Beautiful villa directly on the lake. With beautiful views over the lake and mountains. Reachable by public transport, direct stop above the house. We had a nice time and enjoyed it very much 🙏

Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

Very nice week at Casa Sulla Roggia. The house was squeaky clean and everything was as described. Plus your own private parking in the garage, which made it easier to get around with the kids. Google with the translator was also able to smoothly figure out the things that didn't work out in English. Beautiful views and a sheltered lot surrounded by tall fences.

Beautiful little house with a magnificent view of the lake. We spent 2 nights there, ideal for visiting Menaggio and Bellaggio. The house is very well equipped and Alessandro is very responsive and available. We recommend eyes closed.

Very nice little house, high up... a little wind in the evening. We enjoyed being able to eat out. Very friendly welcome with cold drinks and cupcakes, jams. Very responsive host to fix wifi and TV issues so we can watch the Olympics!
