Holiday rentals in Bicazu Ardelean

We stayed for two nights over New Year’s Eve. The hosts are very helpful and quickly answered all our questions prior to arrival. The cabin is cozy and as described. A small local shop and a few restaurants are within walking distance but it’s recommended to have a car to explore the area. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great experience! Everything was perfect, from the beginning to the end. The location is superb with a great panorama that took our breath away. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made us feel very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and helped us with recommendations and places to visit! We are extraordinarily satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back with love!

great location for those looking for an ideal space both in summer and winter. impeccable cleanliness and careful maintenance. Every detail is well thought out, and the property looks exactly like in the pictures, which gives confidence from the beginning. The kitchen is a great highlight: fully equipped with everything you need. The attention to detail is evident everywhere — from arranging the furniture to the small decorations that give a cozy and welcoming air. The view is spectacular and creates an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. In addition, the location is very intimate, which makes it suitable for both families and couples or group of friends.

We had an amazing stay here. Location is just perfect, and close to the hiking routes. As a Finnish person, the sauna was awesome, big plus for the great quality Harvia sauna stove. Felt right at home! Hot tub was also amazing especially winding down after exploring the beautiful nature around. Rooms were cozy and had en suite bathrooms. Great cooking&bbq facilities and amenities, and responsive host. Thank you so much! We are already planning the next visit 😍

The surroundings are breathtaking!

I enjoyed my stay here, and Alexandra was very flexible with me when unfortunately I had to cut my stay short. I'd recommend this place!

We arrived 2h earlier than the appointed check-in time, Angela welcomed us and was very helpful anyways. The place is a bit hard to find on your own because there are multiple apartment buildings and resorts around that match the address description and the map isn't helping much, but Angela came out to meet us and showed us around. The place is clean and has everything you need. It's a great deal too, especially for a tourist spot as Durău.

The placement for the cabin was very convenient and easy to get to, because it was relatively close to the nearest town as well as the Red Lake and Bicaz Gorges. The host was very responsive and hospitable and met us upon arrival. Since the cabin was closer to the mountains, there was no internet or cellphone connection, but this was more of a positive because we had the chance to enjoy the silence and the nature, but this might be something to consider in case you're not ready to fully disconnect from the online world. There were two very lovely dogs which accompanied us when walking nearby. The only minor inconveniences were the towels which were a bit small, and the lack of a kettle and an additional trash bag, but these were insignificant nuances. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our time and would definitely return here for our future travels.

This is a great spot. Very quiet and peaceful. There is a road by the house but it isn’t noisy. Max was really helpful and we had a lovely time. We swam in the lake and went for lovely walks. Recommended.
