Holiday rentals in Big Bald Lake

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night break at Carol Ann’s cottage. From my initial enquiry to questions during our stay, Carol Ann was extremely responsive and super helpful. She popped by to check in and brought us a bin bag when we didn’t have one, we enjoyed chatting with her. The cottage is lovely, excellent amenities and extremely comfortable with lovely views of the lake. We made use of the paddle boat, kayak and SUP. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught small sunfish and bass. Madoc town is just 5 minutes away. It was an ideal spot for us to enjoy some family time, we would definitely stay again! Beautiful place - the pictures do not do it justice! We were there during a huge snow storm and it was truly a winter wonderland. Naz made sure everhthing was plowed and shovelled for us. Would definitely come back. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Muskoka Cabana. The location is stunning, right at the water's edge with beautiful, peaceful views of the lake. The outside deck is amazing and really spacious. We did feel that the access was a bit tricky, but I guess the location compensated for that. The cabana itself is really tastefully done, with beautiful homey touches and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall, this was a great stay.

I booked with this property for a retreat and it exceeded my expectations. Inside was beautiful decorated and looked better in person. When we arrived at property it was easy to access Matthew and his went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and they even gave suggestions of what was in the area. The response from him was prompt and they were so responsive and a breath of fresh to work with . The esthetics in the home was lovely me and my team enjoyed the comfortable beds and the fire place outside it was such an adventure and we had lots to do within in the house . We barely wanted to leave I met a lovely house keeper upon leaving we gave her some gifts because her kindness and professionalism . I give this a 10/10 especially if you’re booking for a large or family . This home will exceed your expectations thank you Matthew for being a wonderful host we personally want to thank you for your hospitality and kindness. Also thanks to Karen from your team she was lovely !

Had a great stay at Eva's place. Eva was very responsive in answering us and also very clear with instructions. The house was kept neat and tidy and location was calm and peaceful. When propane has was out, she was kind enough to get a new one as a replacement. Highly recommend for anyone/family for a weekend getaway. Thanks you Eva for letting us stay at your place.

This is a wonderful getaway spot that is not too far outside the city. Karen and Scott’s home was cozy and welcoming and very easy to get settled into. Fantastic view from kitchen and sunroom across the lake. The extreme winter weather we had while there only played into the charm of this home and surrounding area. Would love to visit in the summer.

Jen's place was a perfect venue for a get together with some old friends. We enjoyed the camp fire, sat on the dock, and took a walk on the nice trail that's just a short walk away. The cottage had everything we needed. Thanks for a great weekend!

The cottage is so fantastic, have everything you would need for a relaxing time! All of us enjoyed the every single moment during our stay, then even helped us by shovelling the driveway completely to make our trip back so much easier and smoother. Rebecca is so nice, understanding, and very easy to communicate with. I would like to go back if there is another chance!
