My stay at David & Jennifer’s was great. It was the perfect stay while attending a wedding at the Overlook Barn. They were great communicators prestay, providing a detailed rundown for check in/out. Even after I checked out, I sent them a note saying I had left and made them aware of the battery going in their smoke detector, which they promptly thanked me and assured that they would handle it. Once I got home I realized I left my Yeti ice packs in the freezer. I quickly messaged David & Jennifer saying I left the items and that would it be possible for them to ship them to me (I’d handle the costs). They read the message but never responded. I figured maybe they were waiting to confirm the items were there…a week later and no response I reached out again seeing if they had the items and could ship. Once again they read the message but never responded. Now I understand it was my fault for leaving items but it would’ve been nice to have the hosts at least acknowledge my message.

We had an issue beyond their control, but Greg and MaryAnna went above and beyond to fix it and make sure the rest of our experience was great! This is the second time we’ve visited and we will definitely be back!! I can’t say enough about how their communication and how involved they are in making sure that e were taken care of! Thank you!!

Amazing Stay – Perfect for a Ski Weekend! We had a fantastic stay at this cozy Airbnb! The place was warm, inviting, and perfect for a long weekend of skiing. It was well-equipped and super comfortable, making it great for both adults and kids. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance from the slopes, which made getting out to ski each day so easy. The host was responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway! We’ll definitely be back.

This cozy and peaceful home was perfect for our family and two pups on our first trip to Beech Mtn. It was a short drive to the slopes and to Beech Mtn establishments. The home is at the end of a quiet road with lovely views, ample deck, and lots of resident deer. Hot tub, fireplace, comfy beds, and a well-outfitted kitchen made our stay very comfortable. We were treated to a major snow event and the picture windows made it feel as if we were in a snow globe! Our 4 wheel drive did the trick on the mountain roads, most of which were consistently kept clear of ice and snow by the city. The hosts were very proactive and responsive and we would absolutely stay with them again!

Truly is a diamond in the rough! We loved the updated amenities such as the living room and bedroom fireplace/heaters! Perfect to have after spending on evening night skiing on the slopes. The space was cozy yet spacious enough to accommodate our part of two. We even saw a a family of deer and a buck out back as we were pulling out of the driveway to wish us a goodbye 🤗- we already want to come back!

We had a wonderful experience here! Tara’s great care and attention to detail were evident throughout, from big things like having a pack-and-play so we didn’t have to pack our own, to some kids toys stashed away, down to the little things like the stocked toiletry items (q-tips, cotton swabs, lotion, etc.). It truly felt like all of our needs were anticipated! We would absolutely stay again!

This was exactly what our group needed for a ski trip weekend getaway!!! Cozy and quaint, with beautiful views and a nice fireplace inside. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The only minor concern we had was how small the showers were in the downstairs bathrooms, most of us used the master bathroom upstairs because of this. Otherwise, it was a great experience :)

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. Such a great location being minutes from the ski resort. The home had a great layout and was split up well to allow for everyone to have their own space when wanted. The home was clean and comfortable and felt very homey. Also, Kelly is an amazing host! We had an appliance issue on a weekend late night, and she was very quick to reply and make things right for everyone. We absolutely look forward to staying again in the future and recommend other guests!

We loved our winter stay here. Located just minutes away from Beech Mountain (and only a few more to Sugar), this large and spacious home was the perfect retreat for our snow sports vacation. The beds are soft and comfortable, with quality sheets, and the towels were luxurious and smelled so fresh. The weather heater takes no time at all to heat, and the hot tub was the perfect end to each day. Thank you Ryan and Shannon for a seamless stay.

Our stay at Bethany’s place was wonderful . Perfect accommodations for our group. Bethany was a great host, and shared some wonderful restaurant ideas in the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Bristol and need a place to stay.

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .
