Holiday rentals with a pool in Big Sur

Gorgeous modern style home in the country looking over with view of Paso Robles. There are neighbors and businesses nearby but for privacy the backyard is fenced. Home has well stocked kitchen & everything you need essential bathrooms and linens closet. Family enjoyed BBQing, swimming in the hottub and pool, and played in the Game room. This is great for family with kids or Small busy group of people. Stores and shops are only less 5 minutes away. Hosts responded quickly and were helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The home was roomy and accommodating for myself and my siblings. Wish it was warmer and we would have enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was safe and grounds well cared for. It made our weekend ideal for us to spend time together.

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful country house, and it exceeded all my expectations! One of the highlights was the beautiful chicken coop in the backyard, where adorable chickens added such charm and whimsy to the property. Watching them roam around was a true delight!The attention to detail throughout the house is truly impressive. It was immaculate upon arrival, and it was clear that the host has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Every corner was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything I could possibly need during my stay.The outdoor space was equally fabulous, offering plenty of room to relax while taking in the serene views of the garden. The beautiful sounds of a train in the distance added a nostalgic touch, creating a soothing backdrop that enhanced the tranquil experience.If you’re seeking a peaceful escape with character and charm, this country house is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back!

My extended family came to Paso Robles to celebrate a 30th birthday with wine tasting in the area. The house was perfect for our large group of 13 adults. The kitchen easily allowed for multiple people to prep food and the large island made it easy for people to graze. In the evenings we moved the benches from the dining table to the living room and gathered for games and conversation. The house was spacious and accommodating. We would return for another group event!

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

The home was clean, spacious, and beautiful, especially the outdoor living. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the pool and outside amenities. Host was helpful and quick to respond anytime we reached out. Will definitely be back!

We stay at Seascape a couple of times a year, we love the location: beautiful beach walks, pools and hot tubs, walk to the market, and then just a quick drive to Capitola, downtown Santa Cruz, or even the boardwalk. This particular rental was lovely and very homey. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well appointed, there are two nice balconies- one with a great table that is perfect for cocktails or coffee. There are two pullout couches, which made the living room so fun to watch movies with the teenagers. More than anything, we appreciated the very accommodating host, who was kind enough to let us check in early so that we could leave our bags while we went shopping downtown. It was really a lovely stay. I recommend both Seascape, and this particular rental, very highly.

The condo and location is beautiful. A lot to do and see. From sitting on the patio eating breakfast and watching the waves, to walking the beach and boardwalk. The description was spot-on. Olivia provided a list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We tried several on her list and all were excellent. Most were within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and Olivia communicated the process clearly. Overall, this is a great getaway location that is clean, beautiful, and stress free experience. We plan on coming back again.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

This place is such a gem that I’m inclined to be selfish and not tell everyone about it! Modern appliances, close to grocery and mass department, clean and recently renovated. Very happy and will book this again!!

Great location in Aptos in quiet neighborhood with short walk to beach & shops/ restaurants- for summer with kids, pool conveniently nearby/ visible from front patio-perfect 3 br 2 1/2 ba set up for our group - thank you for having kitchen stocked with little things- esp coffee/tea-Roberta was quick to respond/ communicate - arrival/ departure super easy- highly recommend!
