Upper two bedroom, living room, full eat in kitchen. Two queen size beds. Nice breezeway/small Florida room at bottom of stairs. Full bath has detachable shower head for taller guests, shower head is mounted slightly lower from angle in ceiling. 10 minute walk to Woodlawn beach and beach club on lake erie if you are in shape. 30 minutes if you are not. Bike path on shoreline trail to outer harbor and tifft nature preserve. Short Uber rides to Key bank center and New era field. READ HOUSE RULES.

Welcome to our charming, old (but newly renovated!) Orchard Park Village Farmhouse! Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces and a huge kitchen with all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

The Village is a walkable community with restaurants, shopping, cafes, all just five minutes by foot or bike. Fabulous hiking trails and parks are nearby. There is a spacious living/dining room area. A nice place to relax or get some work done! Features a great back porch that overlooks the property.
