The house is great for family gathering, quiet, and in a gated compound. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the location is great for moning or afternoon strolls. The water heater was only working on first day, though.

My family and I had a great time at Clara’s place. It is a clean and well maintained property in a beautiful green surroundings. It has complete set kitchen utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. We rented the space because of the pool and unfortunately when we got there the water was so murky, so we were not able to enjoy it to the fullest. Clara apologized by sending us two boxes of pizzas, which is a nice gesture which we appreciate. If the pool will be cleaned in the future, we will definitely come back.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

The place is very clean and tidy, the furniture is new all. There are no complaints, everything is in accordance with what is described. Comfortable and spacious, enough for 10 people.

I, my husband and our 3 years old son we came from Bali to BSD for 9 days for holidays and we found this house and it's unexpectedly amazing. Shortly, Claudia is the best host we ever had, the way she prepared the house is 11/10. The location just beside tolls, surrounding by many F&B, and convenience stores. overall we were really enjoy our stay and will coming back and referencing to our relatives 🤎🙏🏽 1000% recommended!

I'm coming with the group for events. It was a nice stay, the host wasreally nice, friendly, and very helpful.... as well as the villa manager, Pak Asep who was ready to help. there was a slight obstacle but it can be resolved quickly... recommended 👍

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

Very easy to reach, and simply put just exactly what is listed on the web. Be aware if you order gojek to this place, the map will direct to the back side of the building which isn't accessible, so you need to manually inform the driver that it is right across INSISTS. Most drivers got lost and quite few of them had little to no patience unless you inform them beforehand. Overall, a very great place to stay.

Comfort, Cozy & like at home, won’t to go home

By far the best accommodation we had during our trip in Indonesia. The house is very clean and it is provided with all the goods one would need. Besides, there’s plenty of space and room inside. The area is protected and you feel always safe, you can park the car in the front of the house. You can also reach many interesting sites in the nearby. Finally, the host, Nina, is a very pleasant person who is always willing to help the guests and support them. I will definitely stay there again if and when I am back to Jakarta!

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

We're having a delightful time staying here🥰 The interior & furniture feel homey. We really love the wooden furniture, also love how this house filled with calligraphies & instruments (piano & guitar) that create a character. This house is neat, tidy, and soo cozy! We would love to stay here longer💯 Inka and her family are very helpful, kind, & communicative. They show us around and recommend some local areas like a mosque and street foods nearby. They also helped me to take care of the stuff I accidentally left after check out, they're very responsive and responsible💯 The location is easy to find & close to central Jakarta if you wanna look around the city. You can easily walk around to explore local area, if you're a foreigner that curious about local culture this place is a good choice. The only thing that bothered us was the shower water pressure isn't strong enough, but it's not a big deal. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
