Cozy flat, in a great location. Amazing hosts who went the extra mile and decorated the flat for our occasion before we arrived, would stay again.

The host was very accommodating, in a prime location for a visit to Birmingham only 15 mins on the tram to get into city centre. Parking is also within a 5 min walk to the flat. Would highly recommend 5*

Very nice and clean apartment had all amenities listed and more! Nice view. The filter water jug was a game changer loved it, would definitely be my first choice if I’m ever in the city again. Nicest host made us feel right at home and relaxed.

The communication and information provided beforehand was detailed. On arrival from the minute we walked in it felt like home. The lovely thoughtful touches that they had left for our stay were so appreciated. The house is spacious and the hot tub was perfect! We all loved our stay here felt so at home especially with King Kev the cat. Such lovely accommodating hosts, thank you for allowing us to use your home it was perfect for our night away.

Rooms very spacious and very comfy living room for us to chill over the Christmas period.. easy to find with easy check in and out. Had a nice park with shops near by for walking the dog in a quiet location

The home was very well kept and pleasant, perfect for our break in the city. Very close to the city centre with good access to pubs and restaurants.

We booked this for a family break with parents and 2 toddlers over Christmas and we were not disappointed. The pictures accurately reflect the condition of the property; extremely clean, cosy and a well stocked kitchen. It is easy to find, in the heart on Leamington Spa; within walking distance to all the restaurants, parks and boutiques that the town has to offer. Located on a quiet road off the main thorughfare, allowing for a peaceful nights sleep in the super-comfy beds. Off street parking for the 2 cars was very convenient. Thanks for being a great host Luca, we will be back!

Very good value for money and great host

Great place. Short taxi to town or a 15 min brisk walk if you prefer. Easy to get in, place was spacious and clean. There was an unexpected situation with a leak which was completely out of the hosts hands. But the situation was handled promptly😊. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed overnight for an event at the Utilita Arena. Was close to the arena and the apartment was great. As described and was comfortable.

This room have just got the new Wi-Fi. And it’s located in the city central. It took you just a few steps to the new street station. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

We had a lovely time spent at this airbnb. It was a brilliant location for what we went to Birmingham for. Walkable to many shops & restaurants and secure parking. Eviano was a lovely host, very responsive to all queries & gave clear & easy instructions to follow. The flat was clean & clutter free. I enjoyed the shower, had hot water & very decent water pressure (which is what we all really want for a shower). 😄 After a long day of travel & attending a concert, it was nice to get to go back & unwind in comfort. Thank you, Eviano for having us.

Lovely place to stay clean and pretty decor. Host gave clear instructions on how to gain access and we got in very easily. It’s about 15/20 min walk from town and train station so location is perfect. Great price too. Also a bar very close by can see it from the outdoor area. Recommend this place to a few people already, I’ll definitely be booking again had a lovely little break away.

Host is so lovely and helpful, and the apartment is absolutely beautiful. Would definitely book again!
