At 950 m, the water dome is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers an extensive range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in the quiet outskirts of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm plot. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with great attention to detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, barbecue area as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with swing and stilt house so enough space to relax and unwind.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter plot in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Enclosed from all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of the world“. In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There's always a nice spot.

Our apartment is quietly and idyllically located 2 km from Oberbach. In 4 km distance in Wildflecken there is a supermarket, in the village Oberbach the information center with a nice cafe and for the physical well-being a pizzaria. Hiking trails go directly from us to the beautiful Kreuzberg or to the nearby hiking huts. Mountain bikers are also welcome. Those who love peace and nature are in very good hands with us.
