This place is just what I wanted. It has everything I need, and the vibe is so calm and relaxing. I visit Dehradun to rest, and this place makes my stay even better. Everything I need, like groceries and vegetables, is close by. The biggest mall in Dehradun is only 600 meters away, which is very convenient. I felt very safe here, which is important to me. The host is very helpful and didn’t make the place too fancy. It feels like home and gives you the freedom to enjoy your time. I hope everyone who stays here follows the rules because places like this are hard to find. The Peacock Perch is a wonderful place, and I’m so happy I found it.

I visited the place with my little toddler , it was peaceful and secure The location is great near to dehradun Mussoorie everything that you'd love to do in Dehradun and around The place was clean and tidy the host was very responsive. theonly drawback was the view of the apartment was a little disturbed as there is some construction work going but you can still enjoy the mountain view. At the price I paid it was the best

Peaceful place. Pacific mall and Robers caves very nearby. Real fun for kids. 10 out of 10 to the host for giving clear instructions. Loved this place!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The hospitality was outstanding — the host made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place had a lovely ambiance, perfect for working from home, with lots of space and a peaceful atmosphere. The Marigold Nursery was beautiful, and I’ll miss enjoying tea on the veranda, which was calm and beautifully decorated. We initially missed the parking, but for future guests, it’s conveniently right in front of the property. A special mention to Mahesh uncle, whose hospitality was truly exceptional — better than any 5-star hotel. This level of service should be the standard! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and welcoming stay in a tranquil lap of nature.

This was my first homestay experience, and I must say I was lucky enough to find a perfect host in Sharadji and Sarika ji. The location is central and walkable to Mussoorie. I must also mention the awesome homemade food that I chose to stick to for most of my trip. Home away from home experience and a place I would visit in the immediate future. I had a wonderful stay at Aishwarya’s place! The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for those who enjoy a quiet and relaxing environment. The place was exceptionally clean, and I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived. Aishwarya was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. On my first evening, they even prepared a complimentary meal for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I truly felt at home here and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

The location of the stay is superb. You just felt like home. The host and co host are ver responsive and freidnly. The porperty is superb aswm and it is so beautiful. Cant wait to visit again. Both the host and co host treat you as their family members. Its easy to find location. The Morning nd evening Views are superb. You will feel like you are staying in Heaven.

On Ajay’s recommendation, we visited Foresta, an incredible restaurant just a few minutes away, and it did not disappoint. Overall, everything about this experience was excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful sunset, amazing food, and cozy (after renting heaters). Right next to a while bunch of fun & adorable recreational activities. Perfect for a family stay, 2 couples or even a small team retreat Staff was welcoming and kind.

Nice 2 BHK home with cozy feeling. Quiet, private place 100 mtrs from Sahastradhara road. Balcony was small but you get sun during winter months. You can access the roof. Food/ grocery delivery was available. Host was responsive. Allowed us to check in early.

Our second stay at Birds View was just as wonderful as the first! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The view was beautiful, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!
