Holiday rentals with a patio in Black Mountain

This is a great place to stay in Old Fort. Alison was very attentive and there is plenty of sleeping space for parents and children. Old Fort's Main Street is only 5 mins away, but the neighborhood is quiet with plenty of space to walk and explore. I will definitely stay here again.

My pup and I had the most lovely stay at Kaitlin's place. It was a quick trip, but I really enjoyed the comfy bed, tasteful interior design, swinging chairs on the deck, and all of the natural light. The neighborhood (West Asheville) is super cute and I always enjoy my time in that area. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and beautiful View. Walking trails close by and easy to get around . The place was warm and comfortable and easy to cook . Highly Recommend.

Super clean and cozy. A place that’ll make you feel right at home.

Our host, Alex, was terrific. Very friendly, responsive and kindly lent my husband a belt for an event we attended as he forgot to pack his own from home! The space is perfect and meticulously clean. Bed is very comfortable and kitchen has lots of pans to use for cooking which we appreciated. WiFi is good as we needed to work remotely for a day there (desk, kitchen table and covered outdoor picnic table provided lots of space). Not to mention aesthetically, it is a gorgeous place. Alex suggested a great park around the block (Bent Creek Community Center) and the neighborhood is walkable. Of course Bent Creek has fantastic trails close by. Highly recommended staying here! You won’t be disappointed.

We loved our stay in the studio. It’s perfect for a weekend in Asheville for two! Easy walk downtown. We look forward to staying there again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bill and Leslie’s place. It had everything my friends and I needed and the location was great. Bill and Leslie were friendly and responsive. Wonderful place!

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

I chose this house because it had a full kitchen and was not disappointed! It had almost everything we needed for cooking Christmas dinner. The kitchen was very spacious as was the rest of the house. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay with Susan. The house is super clean with modern appliances and in a super quiet neighborhood. Downtown Asheville is just a short drive or Uber and we walked to the great pizza joint in 10 minutes. A super place to stay, will stay here again when in Asheville.

Michael provided one of the best host experiences I've ever had. He was available for questions at any time and made sure to provide clear instructions for every facet of the stay.

Unfortunately, we were booked the weekend of Hurricane Helene so did not get to go. Karen was very good with communication as we were trying to gauge whether we were going to be able to go. We lost contact with Karen the day of the storm and assume she has no power or cell service. We are hoping and praying she is ok and that the house is ok. We will definitely plan on booking there again as soon as everything is clear!

Two of my adult daughters and I stayed at Patrick's apartment for only one night. The interior was nuch more spacious than the photos suggested. Everything was immaculate andwell-furnished. Athough we didn't use cooking facilities, everything one might need was available. The entire space had a new, yet comfortable feel. It was perfect for us.

Tina and Mike's Mountain Air View condo was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the neighborhood was very pleasant and had so much to do -- even with less than ideal weather we stayed in the neighborhood the entire day and still didn't run out of things to do. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect spot when visiting the area. There is much to do in the surrounding areas, but having access to the Rumbling Bald resort is a great perk. Great place, great location, and great host! I know I will be back again!

We loved our stay at this clean and modern condo. The location was perfect. Parking was very easy. Downtown was so walkable that we barely needed to use our cars. The condo was spotless and access was simple with the instructions and app that the owners provided. We really enjoyed all of the coffees and teas that were provided! Lastly, the bed was so comfortable that we had nicknamed it “big cozy” by the end of the trip lol. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Kristin’s wonderful place in the heart of downtown Asheville! Perfect size for our group and great to be walkable to downtown and south slope!

Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a get away stay. Beautiful mountaintop condo in a gated community. Far away from restaurants/stores, so it’s very peaceful and quiet — yet still only 20-30 mins from downtown Asheville. Cozy fireplace and stunning porch with a view. Would love to come back sometime. I appreciated how the condo was stocked with anything you may need. It felt very homey and intentional with the set up. I recommend being conscious of the weather forecast. It can be extremely dangerous to enter or exit the community if it snows due to the steep mountain roads.

It is rare an Airbnb is even better than the photos but Derek and Misty's place was just that. No matter how much time you are planning to spend at the condo it is equipped with everything you could need and more. I have been coming to Lake Lure for over 10+ years and highly recommend their condo if you are coming with 2-3 people. It is also very pet-friendly. Hoping to be back soon!

The place is small but perfect, super cozy and had everything we need, perfect for kids, lots do to in the property, my girl love it and Our dog loved even more, Allison family is amazing and very friendly, we would definitely stay there again!
