Our houses within walking distance of the beach and the bazaar are in a very quiet environment. It is a safe place where we can rest as a family. You can swim, light a fire and use the BBQ as you wish in any season in the heated pool in the private garden reserved for you. 6-7 km to Arifiye train station within walking distance to Sapanca train station. Since pets are not allowed and our homes are next to each other, music should be considered
