Although I didn’t meet Rachel, I did meet her husband Adrian. What a great bloke! This house has everything you need and more! Pool table, darts board, karaoke machine, jacuzzi, small pool and even flashing lights! Ady was super responsive and helpful.

Words can’t describe the view. We had an amazing sunset on the first night, so peaceful and great for the mind. Only saw one seagull even better 😂, caravan just as described lovely well cleaned and looked after, welcome hamper was great, lots of condiments and milk teabags coffee sugar everything for your arrival makes arriving so much better, everything to make your meals including air fryer, Michelle is very responsive and great at answer anything even the little daft things, we will defintly be back

Stayed with a group of friends - was fantastic, the gaming room, the pool, the garden/bbq areas, freshly cut football pitch. Only issue was one of the wifi routers didn’t work, but we worked around it.

The Barn was exactly as described and from the moment we walked in, felt homely and welcoming. Mike was incredibly helpful and always available if required. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to stay and having access to a private pool made our stay even more special. Thanks Mike for being a great host and opening up your accommodation to vistors

Had a fantastic couple of days in Hebden over new year. Property is 10 minutes walk from the town and the canal. Loads to do in town, some fantastic pubs ! Loved the duke box in the house !

Zeny is a very friendly and helpful host. She provided will all the instructions and also answered our query very quick. The place was well stocked with tea, coffee, chocolate's, drinks, milk. The bar area was nice place to hang out. The house had good amount of rooms to accommodate our group.

Great location for a quick walk into the city, convenient for a gig at the Academy. Practical house with thoughtful amenities such as breakfast, snacks, and milk provided, and a comfortable bed. Ali is a great host, excellent communication, overall a perfect place for what we needed!

We had a great stay in this lovely place which is in a great location next to the city centre. Clean house, comfy beds, free parking and plenty of space to relax. Our lovely host was super helpful and everything was very well organised. Will definitely book again next time if available.

We had chosen this place as it was a ten minute drive to the arts and music festival we were attending. The house is lovey and spacious, on a quiet street but very easy to get to Salford and Manchester. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay.

House was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was convenient having so many bathrooms and the kitchen was really well stocked! We particularly enjoyed the communal areas, perfect for watching a film in the evening, having pre going out drinks and making brunch in the morning. The only slight negative is that the rooms were much smaller than pictured and the beds very firm which none of us are used to and so didn’t sleep that well. That said, it was easy to get into Manchester City centre from where we were (around £15 in an uber) and much cheaper than staying in the city. I asked our host a fair few questions before we arrived and she always came back quickly. All in all, a great stay and we had a fantastic weekend!

Beautifully clean, modern but cosy. Was the perfect location with just a very short drive to the prom with so many things to do and see. Perfect for what we needed!

Lovely place, a perfect family home-from-home with a lot of nice touches. On-street parking is very tight and the shower is very feeble and inconsistent temperature but those are the only tiny quibbles.

Wow, this is a truly beautiful property. Everything was just perfect. We were a party of 5 adults and 2 children staying here for a few days before my wedding. The house is spacious, decorated to a high standard and wonderfully clean throughout. Check in was easy. Recommendations for local takeaways and restaurants were provided and most welcome. The hosts were amazing. They were quick to answer any queries that we had and were very accommodating in agreeing to a later check out time for my family on the wedding day. A welcome hamper was provided on arrival which was a lovely touch. The hosts really do think of everything for their guests and make beautiful unexpected gestures. They gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and left a card congratulating us on our upcoming wedding, also welcoming my family that had travelled from Germany. I cannot recommend these hosts, and the property, highly enough. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Absolutely perfect! We stayed here as a group of 10, and everyone loved it. The hosts were extremely helpful during the booking process, answering any questions and giving us all the information we needed whenever we needed it. They were flexible with check-in and out times to suit us, knowing we were travelling a large distance. On arrival the house was immaculate. Spotless every room, so much space for everyone, with almost all of the bedrooms having a private bathroom. The hosts even left us a few beers and chocolate to welcome us! Check-in was extremely easy, met at the door when we arrived and shown around the property. Super friendly and really helpful giving local recommendations whilst making us feel at home right away. 5 star doesn't do it justice, the property and hosts are fantastic and I'd highly recommend for anyone wanting to stop near Liverpool or wanting a spacious property with friends. Will definitely be booking again in the future if we're ever in the area!

My friends and I had a wonderful time here. We stayed for a concert at the Co Op arena so this was a decent location though it’s not close to the main center. Uber is a five min drive away from the arena so that was helpful. The super spacious place was lovely and clean, fully equipped, perfect for what we needed. I’d love to come back.

This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our trip - I grew up in the area and now live in Canada. We came back for a family reunion over New Year (my parents live very close by). Holly was super helpful and always responded very quickly to any queries. The house was very welcoming, clean, very well furnished and well equipped. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds! Check in instructions were very clear and well communicated. Thank you Holly for helping make our trip very special.

Lovely place to stay, great location and all amenities provided. Lovely welcome pack too. Loved having a garden for our dogs so they could venture out quite easily but still be safe. Gary & Coleen have clearly put a lot of effort into providing a lovely serine place to stay. It’s a bit top end price wise but totally worth it and all the best bits of Southport are close by. Will definitely be returning.
