Nicely updated 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs unit over looking the Bay. Come enjoy the quaint little town of Palacios and go fishing or boating! There is no bay access in this little neighborhood, but the public boat dock and public fishing piers are only minutes away, and the beach is just a short drive. If you just want to relax, hang out on the deck and take in the views. Enjoy an evening with live music at Dannys on the Bay or visit Port Lavaca which is only 15 minutes away.

We decided our cute little 3 bedroom 1 bathroom was too awesome not to share. Our personal vacation home is up for others to enjoy in this wonderful fishing town of Palacios. Palacios is the shrimping capital of Texas which allows for excellent fishing and bird watching. Washer and dryer available along with all the other amenities you would have at home. The house is 3 minutes from the 3 fishing piers, beach, restaurants, bars and everything else.

Full size washer and dryer, full well equipped kitchen with a dish washer, so you have more time to enjoy your stay. Come and camp with the luxuries of AC and Heat. Discover some great fishing in the Matagorda Bay area. Boat ramp in subdivision , community pool (Closed October to May) and nice lighted fishing pier. This RV has two AC units for the hot Texas summers. 1/4 acre lot. Sunset view at pier is beautiful! There is a nice general store in the neighborhood with a small diner with great food. The city of Palacios is 12 miles.
