Beach apartment holiday rentals in Block Island

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

A brief stay but a great stay. It was offseason but we got lucky with sunny October weather. The stay was less than a 5 minute drive from the main village with tons of shops, cafes, etc.. the room itself had a beautiful ocean view and was very clean and comfy. Nice shower, comfy beds, plenty of linens and towels provided. Parking included. Overall a very nice stay.

We stayed the week after Labor Day, when everything shuts down for the season. That was the perfect time to be there for us because we wanted a quiet place away. It would NOT be quiet during peak season, but you couldn't find a better location to walk over to Scarborough Beach. The deck was our favorite part: the view, lounge chairs, the wall making it somewhat private to the street. We were not there in the heat of the summer, so we didn't use the window AC unit. The ceiling fan in the main room, and ocean breezes, kept things very comfortable. Not sure how the AC would work in heat, it's in the middle of the space, but in the hallway connecting the bedroom to the front room. Things to be aware of: the view comes from the 2nd floor, so you will have to go up a flight of stairs to a platform to the 3 units. The bedroom is above the main door, so you will hear people going in and out. The unit very spacious. Bright, comfortable, beautiful sunrises.

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Angela's place was perfect. As a central hub for my son (5) and I, on our first trip to Montauk, the location could not have been better. Her condo was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. We spent most of our time on the beach, and being directly across the street from an access point was ideal. The only drawback is that now my son wants us to live in Montuak...

Tara’s place was a perfect for a weekend getaway! Close enough to town and great view of the sunset!

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.

Kelly’s place was the perfect location for our weekend in Newport. Street parking was easy to find. The home is very comfortable and Kelly left us some nice treats and cold drinks I the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are walking distance and a very nice bakery was just a block away for morning coffee and pastries. We highly recommend Kelly’s place!

the space was well cared for with many personal touches. it was a great location to anything we wanted to do. it was raining the weekend we went but we could still walk almost anywhere. comfortable space and well maintained.

Had a fantastic weekend getaway! The condo was a perfect place for my girlfriend and I located right on main st. Ended up having a terrific weekend and Alec was an awesome host. He helped with any questions and made it super easy and relaxing. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is absolutely amazing - walkable to everything (beach, shops, restaurants) but tucked away on a quieter street. The place had high ceilings and was more spacious than we had anticipated. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom. George was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any problems we had! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed for a month in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt. in part of Anne's beautiful 19th century mansion. The Unit was the perfect size for my husband and me, and our 2 cats. Anne is an amazing host. She not only made us feel at home, but introduced us to fun activities, restaurants, museums, and sailing lessons in the area. Anne was easy to reach out to, and always responsive to our needs. Anne takes great pride in airbnb hosting, and has wonderful stories about local history and attractions. We definitely intend to come back for another stay with Anne in one of her apartments next Summer.

Place was larger than expected and it's a great location with lots to do close by!

My friends and I had a great time staying here! It is in a safe neighborhood and is very walkable to some cool restaurants close by and is 15-20 minutes to get into the downtown area. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

Perfect spot for the weekend! Kathy’s place is exactly as described, with an amazing open family room. Best location, in that it’s walkable to everything but removed enough to be quiet and peaceful at night. Kathy’s instructions to get in were simple and easy and having the parking pass was super helpful too. Highly highly recommend!!

This was a great find for us. The apartment matches the description and was spotless when we arrived. The bed in particular was amazingly comfortable as was the couch. The interior is free from clutter and the kitchen included a fair amount of spices, cutlery, pots, etc. Communication was great as well. The location provides very easy access to downtown Mystic and its many restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning here next time we are staying in Mystic.

Great stay for a quick weekend getaway! Highly recommend as you are right by the beach, Montauk's downtown, and have access to a pool area.

This Airbnb in Newport is the best I could've hoped for; the views are amazing! I'd totally stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit RI.

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

Phenomenal stay. Beautiful condo, looked exactly like the photos. Perfect area, right on Thames street. Quick walk to bowens wharf and surrounded by good shopping and restaurants.
