Get wrapped up for a day of snow shoeing or hiking, then serve up a hearty homecooked meal at the rustic table under an antler chandelier. Blue River Lodging Number LR16-000047 Perfect for couples or families that want to vacation on your own terms. The cabin backs to hundreds of acres of wetlands and national forest. One of a kind cabin that features Spruce Creek and ponds right out of the back door. The Powder Pad is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin, 3 miles south of Breckendridge, CO. Guests will enjoy the activities, restaurants and shopping that Breckendridge and Summit County has to offer - yet, having the privacy and serenity of your own cabin. The cabin backs to hundreds of acres of wetlands and national forest. In the winter time, you can snow-shoe or hike right out of the back door. The cabin can sleep up to 6 adults and has 3 different decks off of the home. In the summertime, this definitely adds to the living space! Guests will enjoy the privacy of the setting of the Powder Pad. The cabin backs to beaver ponds, wetlands, Mt. Argentine and Borreas Pass. The cabin is only .25 off of Highway 9 and just a few minute drive from the shopping, restaurants and fun that Breckenridge has to offer. We are happy to help with any special requests or needs for our guests. Please don't hesitate to ask for advice, recommendations or any other considerations you may need to make your stay more enjoyable. We are very familiar with Summit County and love to offer any advice in terms of skiing, hiking, restaurants, spa, etc. The cabin is very private and quiet. We love to have big bonfires in the backyard in the summertime. In the wintertime, we love to snow shoe or hike right from the property, sit in the hot tub under the stars. The cabin backs to hundreds of acres of private land. This is what makes the Powder Pad one-of-a-kind! In the wintertime, you will need to have 4-wheel drive or an AWD vehicle. Snow tires are great, but not necessary. We have a separate Rental Agreement that must be signed in order to finalize the reservation. There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights. Over holidays, the requirement is a minimum of 4 nights. If a guest books a stay for a 1 month, 30 day rental, any additional days are charged the seasonal daily rate reflected in the calendar. The cabin is very private and quiet, backing onto hundreds of acres of private land. Overlook wetlands, beaver ponds, and national forest, or head to the shopping and restaurants of Breckenridge just a few minutes' drive away.

Stay in our cozy retreat, a quick 5 min drive to main street Breckenridge! A perfect getaway for families and couples who want to experience a ski vacation without all the crowds. Easy access to town and the slopes, but nestled in the national forest. Everything is provided for a relaxing stay, including a fully furnished kitchen. Our apartment is above our garage, next to our family home. You will have complete privacy, but we are available to answer questions, give recommendations, etc!

Situated on the Blue River, this beautiful, cozy and family oriented home is a very short 3 mile drive (or bus 1 block away) to the historic town of Breckenridge. It's the perfect "escape" no matter what time of year! The ski slopes, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and all of the amenities that the Breck area has to offer are so easily accessible. Cozy and quiet setting and only 4 miles to Main Street. Multiple decks, fire pit and private hot tub. Only a short trip to the historic town of Breckenridge to explore the great shops and dining options. There is a free shuttle stop at Blue River Rd and Hwy 9 just under a 1/2 mile away ( Limited afternoon/evening stops on winter schedule, see schedule on Summit Stage website) Great location for year round activities.
