The apartment is the same as the images described, very green around it, we found everything clean and tidy, we were able to anticipate our entrance, and we received some regional Mimos. There are the goats that my daughters loved, there was a lot of crying to leave :( Unfortunately, we took a time that was too hot, with that I did not take much advantage of the city that is beautiful, and it is worth more time to explore. And we also did not have the beautiful view of the lake, which was in maintenance I think. I recommend it to everyone in the community.

Local as per listing, super quiet and familiar. We had a small unforeseen with the shower and it was resolved. It is noteworthy that the control of the air conditioning was not working during the period we stayed and we cannot change the air temperature, apart from this the accommodation was great and communication with the host was excellent. I recommend it.

Jussara's house is great. Ideal apartment for rest: quiet and organized. 24-hour gate and parking for a vehicle. Well located, next to the gas station and near the German Village, from the famous Oktoberfest. Good choice for those who go to Blumenau to have the safety of a good place to rest.

We were 3 days in family of 6 people (2 children 6 and 9 years old). The place is very quiet, in the midst of nature, many trees and birds. The house is super clean and organized with all the furniture and appliances necessary for lodging. The place has a party area with barbecue, champion stove and wood pizza oven, natural wooden tables, pool table, in short, very complete, all next to a waterfall, where the children played every day. Moreover, there is no price to wake up to the noise of the waters and receive a visit from a toucan. As for the location, it is 30 minutes from downtown Blumenau and the German Village. For Oktoberfest days, we opted in to take a taxi with a driver scheduled to return. Anyway, we love the chosen location, we only have to thank you for the opportunity. Next time, we want to know the water parks and pay fishing that are very close to this Recanto.
