We spent a wonderful weekend at Kaique's house. The place is a grace as well as in the photos. The cleanliness of the house, the organization of utensils, everything so clean and smelly.. The rooms are large, a good bathroom, the cozy room, excellent Wi fi sign, the kitchen area and the pool is a standout! Outstanding location, close to downtown. Very quiet and safe place. Kaique ė response time very fast and check in and check out very flexible. Dona Neide , very friendly and receptive.

Very good house, very clean, wonderful pool, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms with ceiling fans. Marlon very kind, met us quickly, when asked.. We loved the house and São Pedro and beautiful, I loved the city.

The stay was great, the house was tidy, it's old but well maintained! As a suggestion, improve the kitchen utensils, the pans are old and an air fryer could not be used because it loosened the entire black part of the wall.. otherwise, everything was ok!

The stay was great. Hosts are super attentive, the house is exactly as described. We arrived and was smelling cleaning, the well-equipped kitchen, there was absolutely nothing missing. The employee Karoliny also helped us, always answering questions when we need it. The place is quiet and quiet. I highly recommend the experience for those who are thinking of walking in Brotas (which is a beautiful city, by the way).

We went to spend the weekend to perform a triathlon race in the city, and we got the choice, local near the test, cozy house, all organized, impeccable pool and has all the utensils for kitchen.

We are immensely grateful for the days we spent at Vivian's house, it met beyond our expectations. The very clean, functional house, spacious rooms, wonderful gourmet area and the pool is not even talked about, we were very pleased. Without speaking of the reception of Vívian who was very kind, requests and cared for us at all times with tremendous speed. Congratulations for the excellent work, we indicate with our eyes closed.

Place exactly as advertised. The house is beautiful, comfortable and cozy, for those looking for tranquility the place is perfect. My only suggestion is to put sun chairs by the pool. But it was all perfect and we'll definitely be back.

The place is amazing, and was catered perefectly. Elisabete even allowed us to pick up tge keys earlier as we had to travel in the morning. The house is charming and located very central woyh great bars and restaurants around it. 100% recommend.

As for the house, it's charming, very quiet, clean, with great decor and a super nice atmosphere. Well-equipped kitchen, cable TV, games and a very good structure to spend carefree days. A little far from the city, which makes the house more private and close to the Apiary, which is well worth checking out.
