A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private 17m swimming pool, heated up to September end 2024, (pool open October-March but not heated). Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner and large patio and fire pit outside. Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport, 16 miles to Brighton Beach.

Retaining its original quirky external appearance, it provides ample room for family and friends to enjoy. Unlimited parking for cars and boats. Relax and watch the sunset on the terrace. This lovely converted farm cottage/annex makes the perfect stay for anyone looking to explore the local area within the South Downs National Park. The cottage is surrounded by an abundance of footpaths and bridlepaths which can be accessed directly from the farm. This cottage is sure to provide you with a cosy quiet stay whether you wish to sit on the patio with the chimenea burning under the stars or snuggled on the sofa in front of the wood burner. West Sussex Shepherds Hut

Our warm, cosy and comfortable Shepherds Hut sits quietly in a grass meadow overlooking the woods and fields at the foot of the South Downs. Our hut is kitted out with electricity and lighting and has a comfy king size double bed with duvet, beautiful cotton linen, fluffy towels and dressing gowns. There is also a bunk bed available above the double bed suitable for a child if needed. An electric blanket and heater are also supplied for those chilly nights.
