Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bohol

Cozy house in the middle of a busy Philippine neighborhood. The house had a stove which is rare in homes ive rented in my previous trips. the living area had a nice couch that can be converted into a bed if you want to stay at home and watch movies. i was able to get grab food, groceries and a ride with no trouble. the air conditioning was available in each room which made the warm weather bearable for someone from the colder climates. the refridgerator worked well and the bathroom was stocked with everything i needed. will stay again when i come back.

Sofia's house is peaceful, safe and beautiful. There is a massage shop, a laundry shop, a fruit shop, and a delicious grilled chicken restaurant nearby. The best of them is the kindness and warmth of the owner David. He put the left luggage in the accommodation and helped us get in in good condition by running the air conditioner in advance at the time of our arrival. I would definitely come back to my Sofia's house on my next trip to Bohol.

The place is a great find in panglao island. Very peaceful and away but not too far from the city and tourists spots. All your needs is provided and the host is very responsive and very accommodating. Perfect for a weekend getaway for your family and friends. Would stay here again when i visit bohol another time.

it is more convenient to have a car. since it quite confusing to find the exact loc. but the place , the host are perfect!

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

The place is very nice and clean. Our host Allen was so hospitable, very accomodating, he helps a lot during our stay. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Bohol.

Rowena and Peter were great hosts. Both went out of their way to accommodate us, and made us feel like home. The house is big, very clean with direct access to the sea, a beautiful reef and a stunning sunset. And not forgetting the happy tail waggers! 🐕 We also had a BBQ at his place. Peter helped to prepare the charcoal (as an extra service) and provided information on where to get good meat. We had it very easy and have nothing to complain about. A great end to our trip! Definitely would come back the next time!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Seaview House. Mama Rose and Bernard took good care of all our needs and responded fast to all of our requests. The house was super clean and you can’t beat the location being close to the beach…so relaxing hearing the sound of the ocean. Would love to go back!

The place was super convenient, with bars, restaurants, stores, and beaches all within walking distance. It was also spotless and had everything we needed. The host was super friendly and always ready to help us out.

Christophe was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions we had. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Panglao!

Don and Grace are amazing hosts. We felt welcomed from A to Z! Don was very responsive to our questions and so accommodating. Grace was very sweet and helpful and welcomed us as Don was out of town, but he was always responding to our inquiries. The house was squeaky clean and had everything we needed for more than a comfortable stay: Netflix, YouTube prime, game boards and great books in the library. We didn’t use the pool as we were out and about but it looked clean and nice. Beds were very comfy, AC, and nice big bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped too. Location is great, but we preferred to rent Don’s car as it’s easier to cruise in the island and safer as it rained a lot when we were there, highly recommend renting the car as he offers it for a cheap price too! Thank you Don and Grace for a fantastic stay and we hope to come back again soon!

Jay came through for me after I had problems checking into another host. He gave clear directions to the apartment. it was very clean, and had the expected amenities. I would easily come back.

This is a low-key amazing and sulit BnB. The place is very neat and smelled nice. The security protocols are a little obnoxious but it's understandable. The people are nice and helpful.

Juren was proactive in providing you all the necessary information --detailed, organized, & fun to read; he was responsive and kind, too. A superhost indeed! The unit was squeaky clean, minimalist and elegant. It's more than what we expected. As we entered the room, we were delighted with the a very thoughtful anniversary greeting, with lighting set into a sweet & cozy mood, perfecting the celebration. It was the most comfortable stay we had that we were so excited to go back to the unit after a stroll around the resort. We were beyond speechless with how everything is with our stay.

There were many special touches; French Press coffee, ease at feedback and quick turnaround times. Best cooking devices of any place I’ve stayed in Cebu. The complex is growing, yet relatively quiet (normal locals blasting music, sometimes it’s quite good), fires burning at times, and truly the only times I closed windows for A/C over fan and awesome breezes (higher corner unit). The grounds have some places to eat near Towers 203-205, a 7-Eleven, spacious grounds, pool never too crowded (mornings-weekday). My tower’s 1st floor people sell larger weekly water, return for your deposit. No complaints!! Jhoana and Saekyung Phase 305 was the BEST!!

Wonderful view and Grace was an amazing host. She was very friendly and if we needed anything, she was right there to assist us.

It was a nice place to visit. We were happy!
