Wonderful stay in this family home close to central Rouen. The property is in a lovely neighbourhood about 10-15min walk into Rouen. Spacious bedrooms. Good, practical kitchen and spece for dining and relaxing. We took the opportunity to enjoy the wood burner fireplace on a cold evening which was very pleasant. Thank you Stephanie and Emmanuel!

Clean place, very well located

very good hospitality from Céline. It's like home and the accommodation is very close to the tram which allows access to the city center and the train station directly in a few minutes. The room is old but the bed is comfortable Very hearty breakfast that can be picked up in the garden

Wonderful cottage for our visit to Normandy. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. It had many amenities to help us feel right at home. Our hosts were very proactive in providing clear communication on the check-in process.

The accommodation is clean spacious It's very easy to find space I was able to park in front of the residence Communication and access to the listing is clear and accurate I don't understand some review because I'm used to booking a lot of air bnb, I can assure you that you can book this one without a second thought.

Manon's place is super pleasant and cozy. We felt right at home as a family and could spend a good time in it. It is large, clean, bright and absolutely modern. There is a supermarket, some bakeries and you are immediately in the city center. The area is wonderful for day trips, we were in Rouen, in the forest near Lyons-la-Fôret, paddling, in Giverny and Vernon. We are more than happy to recommend the cottage.

Spacious accommodation with three queen beds, clean, and tidy. What's nice is to have household products, salt, pepper, etc. It's just missing a dishwasher;) The small garden in front of the house is enclosed. Thanks to Elodie for these clear indications and her responsiveness.

We loved Nelly and Stéphane's house. Tastefully decorated, personalized, you feel "at home". It is a haven of peace conducive to rest, reading, piano (big plus very appreciated if you want to work your instrument.) The delicate touches upon arrival touched us. Monfort sur Risle is very well located for nearby trips. Shops nearby that are super convenient, very good butcher, bakery, herbalism, nice hairdresser (I tested), fruit trees, nothing is missing at this pretty little town crossed by the Risle, which gives it all its charm. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!

Virginie has listed her place, exactly as advertised: while on the outside it looks like an older building, inside it has clearly been refurbished, maintained very well, with a charming boutique type feel to it. My family were very comfortable with our two night stay there. Virginie is proactive and arranged for a friend to meet us at her home to help us check in and describe all amenities very patiently despite a language barrier (we spoke very little French and her friends spoke very little English😊). Virginie responds to messages quickly and gave us recommendations on what to do and where to eat nearby. She also had a welcome drink, water, and a few pastries for us. So overall, we had an excellent stay and would like to thank our excellent host Virginie -both the home and the host would be highly recommended by myself and my family without reservation. Thank you!

Had a great weekend with my wife at this place. Ideally located in the city center, it is the ideal place to discover this charming little village of Lyons-la-Forêt. The house has a lot of charm, very well arranged and furnished, perfectly matches the description (be vigilant the stairs are a little raids if you have children or your wife is pregnant). All the necessary amenities are present, the instructions are clear and Cécile was very responsive during the stay and flexible during the reservation. The cabinets are filled with good intelligence with all the condiments needed for the preparation of meals (and sets of paws if necessary...) Impeccable welcome, no direct contact with the host but a note and a bottle offered upon arrival. Only defect beyond Cécile's control: accommodation directly overlooking the street, we hear passersby, and no shutters only curtains.

Located in a completely quiet side street. Restaurants and a bakery open on Sundays can be found within 100 m radius. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything necessary. Jean - Pierre communicates promptly and helpful.
