Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bokeelia

This home and location was perfect for us! Peaceful, beautiful, a private back yard, and a great neighborhood-yet grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner. We loved the screened in pool and outdoor area! There were a lot of special touches put into the house that made us feel special!

Perfect the house to spend wonderful days with your family,excellent place,the house we loved,clean,comfortable and with all the necessary things,the hostess left all instructions, we would definitely come back again.

So happy!!! Our family of 5 loved staying in this lovely spacious , perfectly clean and equipped house located in a quiet and safe area. We can only recommend to the Airbnb community to stay there. For our part , this stay at Juan Pablo's helped us have a great stopover during our vacation and exploring Florida .

The house is beautiful and very comfortable for larger groups. We enjoyed the open floor plan which made congregating for group discussions around meals very easy and enjoyable. The sea shore decor is well done and the back patio/poolside is relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals to save money. Check-in and out was very easy, and we had no need to ask for help during our stay. I will definitely repeat our stay and recommend it for anyone.

Host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. If someone is looking for a great place to stay at a good price I would recommend this home.

We had a great mini vacation with our dogs enjoying the water and pool/spa. The place was very spacious and close to everything we wanted to do. Phong was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back.

This luxurious and immaculate home lacks nothing, both inside and out. My dog and I stayed only one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. The ambience from inside, carries itself outdoors, where I spent the evening relaxing with a glass of wine, while my dog enjoyed the large fenced in yard. Neighborhood was very safe and was easy to access all parts of Cape Coral and Pine Island. We would definitely love to return!

Came in on a boat from the east coast and docked behind the house. Very easy, clean, and well worth it. Easy access into and out of the bay. Lovely visit. No damage left from the hurricane as of 3/13/23

Great place with all of the amenities needed for a perfect weekend away. Pickle ball, bocce, cornhole, basketball, heated pool and amazing workout facility. Has everything needed to enjoy your time in the sun. A great oasis

Yailiany’s place was wonderful to stay! Very clean and the apartment smelled great! It’s in a good location with lots of shops and food stops around, and the area felt safe. Yailiany was very friendly and great at communicating! Would highly recommend staying here!

This is the second year I have stayed at Connie’s. Everything is always top notch. Always feels like home. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. no better place to stay. Until next year.

We loved staying here for our vacation time in Cape Coral. The location and neighborhood was great and felt very homey. There was shops nearby including grocery and walmart. We even checked out a great local homemade ice cream shop. The unit was spotless and equipped with everything we could’ve needed including stuff to use at the pool/beach, stuff to use the grill, and more. The pool was very private and enclosed which was very nice. I loved the comfortable outdoor area and there were even some kitty residents we were able to visit with which made me feel at home. Thanks Lourdes for having us!

Great place, definitely recommend

Our 2nd stay at The Grande Flats! Love the location! It's very walkable to restaurants, shops and the beach. Bike and golf cart rentals are right there yet the property is so quiet. Everyone on the premises is so friendly and helpful! Lisa is an amazing host!. She is so responsive to any concerns and aims to please! We had a small issue that she was on top of right away! We plan to return! Hopefully, next time beach chairs can either be provided in the unit or available to rent.

Lovely place—enjoyed the screen porch and the patio on the canal. Lots of light in the space. Very responsive hosts! Kitchen was well equipped.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Yenny's place. It was beautiful and very comfortable to live in. Great location - close to many restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Yenny answered our questions promptly and was very helpful. We highly recommend staying at Yenny's place and we would definitely stay there again.

The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

We have been traveling to FMB every year for almost 20 years and are excited to see it rebounding and beginning to thriving again after the recent hurricanes. Estero Beach and Tennis Club seems to be a leader in the speed and care that was shown in getting back into operation. Caihlin is an extremely proactive and communicative host, and it is clear that she takes great pride in and great care of her property. Of course we booked again for next year!!

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and everything I could have asked for and so much more. Mother Nature was not our friend however the staff helped with any of the uncontrollable situations handed to us ALL this past week. My mom and I loved it so much we looked into the real-estate listings. I can’t wait to come back when it’s not in the beginning of hurricane season and get a dry look around. With that being said, this resort has a fantastic beach for shelling and amazing views. Even the dolphins came to swim close to the shore. 10 out of 10, can’t wait to sea you again!!

We can definitely see why people want to come back to Cynthia & Roger's place. The location was perfect for our needs. Their home was immediately comfortable and relaxing. The big windows, view and amenities were fantastic. We loved seeing interesting photos and the decorative touches. They put extra thought into routine necessities that people forget to bring, like bug spray placed by the back door, an umbrella by the front door, kleenex and hand sanitizers in a central location, etc., etc. So many "little" things that show thought and caring. What a wonderful, relaxing visit. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Conrad's place. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Highly recommend- beautiful community, nice people, pool nearby. Lots to do in and out of the community. Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Susan was helpful and quick to respond with everything. Wish we could stay longer!

This is a great apartment with large bedrooms and comfy beds, a very very well equipped kitchen and a garage full of surprises including a gas grill and beach stuff. Stacey was great from the beginning and was very helpful and immediate with any question. We’ll decently stay again when in the area. Thanks Stacey!
