This was an amazing space! We only used like half of it. It was not only an ideal space but the hosts/owners were fantastic people. I had a late check out, I am on 8 new medications after finding out a couple weeks ago that I was having heart failure - they have been affecting my sleep (I sleep too well) because I did not wake up for my alarm or my phone ringing, and Erik had been trying to get a hold of me and finally was the one who woke me up by gently yelling into the home saying that I was 2 hours past checkout time but that he would give me privacy for me to get my things together. I was mortified & felt extremely badly for any inconvenience I caused the cleaners & hosts. I fully expected to be charged a late fee - & then some. Instead I got a very nice message saying that everything worked out fine, the cleaners were able to get the house done in time for the next guests, so not to worry, & that they hoped I had a wonderful time etc - and were very gracious all around!!

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Tina's home! Tina was so welcoming and offered flexible check-in/out times. She also left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge. The home is in a beautiful, rural part of Sonoma. It's such a peaceful and private location, but close to everything! We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons above the backyard in the morning and going on walks/runs from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I can't wait to come back with my family!

Nancy’s place is spectacular! 3 adult couples is perfect for this beautiful comfortable Home. This house is 30 minutes from the larkspur ferry which makes it easy to get to the city or the giants game. Close to shopping and make sure you go to Lombardi’s Gourmet Deli just around the block. Nancy was great to work with and super responsive. Make this your home base and you won’t be sorry.

The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this incredible home that backed up to the lovely waterfront and had a delightful deck and patio, surrounded by lunch plant life, with pool and hot tub. The house was spacious with streaming light from many large, beautiful windows, fantastic hard floors, and incredible amenities! we can’t wait to revisit this home with such wonderful hosts!

Beautiful setting! Amazing views from this inviting and comfortable home. Would have loved to stay longer. Our family of seven gathered for a sad occasion but we felt like we were in a cocoon of warmth. So happy we chose this house to stay in. Well equipped kitchen meant no need to go out and we had lovely weather for eating outside. We’ll definitely come back in happier times to enjoy the pool and spa.

Great gated community beautiful newly remodeled with extremely clean and wonderful smell unit.

The house is very cozy and comfortable. The area is quiet and feels safe. We were allowed to arrive early without even asking. The house seems decorated with love, and the view is incredible. We went to visit UC Berkeley with our 5 teenage kids and dog, and everyone loved the house. We would love to stay there again.

I cannot speak highly enough about our stay! We had the perfect weekend staying at this idyllic property. Julie was very easy to communicate with, and everything at the house was perfect. Five stars doesn't do it justice. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great stay! The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group and had a fantastic outdoor area where we spent a lot of time relaxing. It’s in a great location—within walking distance to a grocery store, playground, and other local spots. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Nice place and had a great time.

Great layout. Our family of 4 and dogs were very comfortable here for 3 weeks when our kitchen was being remodeled. Backyard was great for kids and dogs. Neighborhood has everything you need within walking distance-coffee shops, restaurants etc. Very close to golden gate park for outdoor recreation.

Larry's place was perfect for our family. Cozy, clean, minimalist living space, very comfortable beds, modern shower, and lovely patio with cushioned furniture and Anna's hummingbirds showing up to enjoy the flowers. Larry was a great host, setting everything up just right --- to the point that we didn't need to reach out for anything. While there's no oven/stove, the toaster oven and microwave were helpful for leftovers and there are ceramic dishes and silverware so you don't have to eat with the plastic take-out versions. The neighborhood is mostly residential and incredibly peaceful, but a five minute drive gets you to a beach with snowy plovers and crashing waves or Taraval Street with a host of restaurants to choose from. Ten minutes and you're at Golden Gate Park. We will be back!

What a beautiful and tranquil place. Peter was great and very responsive. The home is filled with beautiful art pieces and objects and the grounds were lush and peaceful. There was plenty of amenities for us with everything working as it should. At this time, they are still waiting on a hot tub but I was aware that was unavailable when I booked thanks to another review. The sauna was a great add on though!

This place is a cozy little gem of a find that it walking distance from the beach! Loved everything about this place - especially the fireplace that was nice to have on rainy/cold nights. Will absolutely come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay here while visiting wineries in Sonoma and Napa! The place felt like home and was very well appointed with everything we needed. We brought our 1 year old son along and they had many baby items we were able to use and it was easy to keep the main living area pretty baby safe for a kiddo on the move. Location was great, quiet neighborhood but still close to many wineries and downtown Sonoma. Just be aware of strict noise policy at nighttime so don’t plan to use the hot tub/fire pit super late at night. Overall was a great stay and would stay again if we come back!
