Not far from the Ratzeburger See in a village location, in the middle of fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90m²) with its own entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south-facing terrace (60m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180x200 and 160x200. Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Beachfront comfort apartment to feel good

Comfortable holiday apartment, right near the beach (3 minutes walking). Come in and feel comfortable! Just everything newly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two young children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and and (see the entire equipment list under more information). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is set on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. The famous architect Thormann built the villa about 1860 for himself as a residence. The villa is located in the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the port worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger in. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , Poel Island or Kühlungsborn.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m2 Wifi, towels and linens included. Terrace to rest. At Schiffbauerdamm there are two parking spaces. The second one is free. (About 5 minutes away) There are parking meters in front of the house: you can only park for free from 19:00 to 9:00. The train station is 1km.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the sleeping chair can be extended in addition to the comfortable single sofa bed. A cot can also be set up.
