Great location, clean space nicely decorated. Initially the heat register was closed, but after it was opened heat started flowing. There was a wall air conditioner that was not properly sealed and there was a steady flow of cold air for the the perimeter. A few hand towels stuffed around air unit solved this and was mentioned to the management. Simple to fix and needed especially this time of year. Other than this issue everything was fine.

Clean, wonderful property, close to Lake George and Gore Mountain. Loved the fire place and that it was dog friendly! Highly recommend

The Bond is a rare gem that follows thru with what it shows on airbnb. I stayed in one of two dog friendly rooms for 2 weeks for a work trip and I couldn’t of been happier with my choice. If you stay on the weekends the restaurant is hands down the best place in town for food as well as service. Would highly recommend for a long or short stay.

The location is very convenient to campus. Clean, modern room with a beautiful view.
