Dreamy home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) "Villa Dolce" is a large and architectural dwelling, immersed in a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just 45 minutes by car from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and cozy house on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple room, 2 double rooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, washbasin, bidet, 1 other room with "french" bed and toilet service, living room with fireplace in the Luigi XV style, dining room, amusement living room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is only present in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to have lunch outdoors or just read a good book, sitting in a comfortable lounge chair, while your children play in complete serenity. Man-Donna Split Toilet Services Dependance: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "cook on the grill" ( barbecue ) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in full relaxation; cook available upon request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco D.O.C.G. area and proves particularly convenient to reach Venice, which is 45 minutes away by road, or Cortina d 'Ampezzo, which is 60 minutes away. Tenants must pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years. Stylish, centrally locate, great view. Completely renovated apartment, in the center of town, adjacent to the castle rock, with a breathtaking lake and mountain view. Centrally located but very quiet. This 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, two ensuite, apartment offers a big patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining. A laundry room and two fully furnished kitchens, living room with two big flat screen smart TV and a sofa complete this unique apartment. Everything is new, quiet and private.

Amazing 100 sqm flat located on the 3rd floor of a 3-floors house in the historic center of Torbole, 100 meters from the Lake of Garda. Cozy, with lake-view balcony, 3 bedrooms (one with the possibility of a third bed for free) 2 bathrooms + shower, living / dining room and kitchen equipped with microwave and dishwasher. Cozy little house with beautiful view

Relax or enjoy holidays with the whole family at this peaceful place. Very close to everything, from skilift to groceries to swimming pool to beautiful town center with shops and restaurant. A little hidden gem for couples or small families. The place is occasionally used also privately from my family, so you might find some of our personal items, such as books or long-term food storage. Hope you do not mind it and you are free to use them with care.
