The place is very nice!! Me and my family love it!! We'll definitely be back someday. The house is just like the pictures, spacious, clean, and nice. Josiane was always willing to help with whatever was needed. They welcomed us into the house! And honestly, the pictures don't accurately reflect the beauty of the view, the dam! It is a great place to rest up and enjoy as a family!

Our stay was great. The host was super friendly and requests, helped us with everything and always answered all our questions very quickly. The house is very large and cozy, the rooms are large and spacious.

The house is large, spacious, as described. Very comfortable and well-equipped. All the questions we had, Livia answered quickly and was extremely helpful. The location of the house is perfect, we took a boat and it is very close to the condominium deck, which made it much easier for us. The place is very quiet, perfect to spend with the family, the children loved a trail that is inside the condominium, the common area is very complete and the 24-hour market at the entrance of the condominium saved us at various times. We definitely want to go back!!

Perfect house for those who want contact with nature but don't give up comfort. Extremely good taste in design and decoration. Exceptional view, quiet place and perfect to rest. Very comfortable rooms (special note for great quality bedding). The kitchen is fantastic and inspires those who like to cook. The owner was always attentive and ready to help. Anyway, a very pleasant experience. We'll be back the next time we have the opportunity in Minas!

Our experience on this site was simply PERFECT! The place exceeded all our expectations: space is very wide, well cared for, clean and super cozy. The structure is excellent for resting and enjoying incredible moments with friends and family, counting on numerous things to do (such as gym, sauna, heated pool…). In addition, the host João Paulo was extremely attentive, helpful in everything and very flexible, clarified all our questions super fast and always very polite. We hired the part, the cottages of the place to help us with food and daily cleaning and we simply fall in love, they are wonderful people, super polite, neat and who make an out of the ordinary food so tasty. Make our stay even more special. We spent an unforgettable Carnival and we definitely want to go back! We recommend with your eyes closed. Thank you very much for everything! for everything rural

Gustavo's property is even more beautiful than on the photos. The view of the dam is eye-catching, especially in the morning, when sunlight leaves the water very clear, mixing in the horizon. The house is well planned, the separate intimate area from the social brings privacy and stillness to the rooms. The balconies greatly value the building. Staying in the kitchen/gourmet with the large windows and doors is delicious. Those who want to enjoy the court, the property has a hammock, remember to bring a peteca or ball. We were welcomed by Clóvis, who introduced us to the house and all the amenities, and Gustavo was always on hand to answer us, give us local tips, very available and attentive. Access to the house is easy, the dirt road route is small, and the owner made a very useful video that leaves no doubt. We brought a puppy, and it was very quiet, the place is suitable for pets. We only have compliments, we highly recommend it!

We were in a class total of 8 people, 4 couples. We were impressed by the amount of utensils present in the house. This made it much easier on our meals! The house was well tidy and well according to the description of the announcement. We had a minor infiltration problem in one of the rooms due to the volume of rain, but we re-adapted and it was possible to continue using the room in the same way. The view of the house is very beautiful and ideal to enjoy with family and friends! Access by the dirt road is not difficult and the neighborhood is very quiet! We will definitely return more often!
