Huge (3600 sq ft) brick country home with beautiful mountain views and rolling pastures. Brand New Wood Floors, new carpet on stairs and out in the sun room. Located less than a mile from Watauga Lake with a Private Boat launch (bring your boat). Canoes and Kayaks can be provided upon request. Beech Ski resort is only a 35 minute drive and Sugar Mtn is only 45 minutes away. Bristol Motor Speedway is a 55 minute drive. Location, location, location. DreamCatcher has it all when it comes to location. Obviously, the lake view is gorgeous, and DreamCatcher is on one of the widest sections of Boone Lake offering serenity and a water playground. Boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, staring, falling asleep… it’s all exquisite at this lake. Johnson City is less than10 minutes away… restaurants, shows, hiking, museums, night life… all convenient. Bristol motor speedway… right here. Tri-city Airport same.

Our Watauga Lake front home is a perfect vacation getaway, located at the end of a point, the large deep water dock is ideal for year round boating and water sports. Conveniently located, we are within the quaint town of Butler and close to restaurants, small country stores and Cove Ridge Marina. Although Watauga Lake is our main attraction, we are near a number of waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking trails and the shopping areas surrounding the Tri-Cities and Boone, NC.

This house is a cool older cabin that has some updates but maintains a nostalgic feel. Brand new HVAC throughout. It has a large screened porch, firepit, wood burning fire place and includes access to the community dock. The house is 3 bedrooms, but has a large loft with a queen bed and 4 twin beds. Can sleep 10 or more. It is a (relatively) short walk down to the lake and community dock. Very close to Sugar Hollow Retreat. Close to Villa Nove Vineyards, Watauga Lake Winery.
