Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

The apartment is very tasteful and lovingly furnished. Mattia's parents welcomed us warmly with all sorts of treats. It was just a pity that the sun was gone from the garden from 3 PM onwards. Otherwise, everything was great. We all, including our dogs, felt very comfortable.

Excellent spot with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped to cook home cooked meal and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Check in was smooth and Gian welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommended!

We as a young couple (28 & 24) with dog had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. ❤️ Check-in would have been possible even earlier than planned.👍🏼 The loading & unloading worked out great at the apartment and the private parking was ideally located on foot. The place is in a very modern style, which was very appealing to us. Unfortunately, our dog and the staircase did not become the best friends. He didn't take a step on it, so we always carried it up and down. Maybe it was too slippery or just too unfamiliar to him.🐾 Carlos responded promptly whenever we had a question. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along with us, so we could not use the private beach section.🥲🌧️ We 100% recommend the place and would book it again and again when you are back in the area.🫶🏻❤️

We spent NYE at Nathalie's place, and it was simply magical. The apartment is wonderful, and that view breathtaking, especially at sunrises. Natahlie has been an amazing host, we did not have a car, and she came picking us up at Arona and drove us to the apartment. Superb experience, highly recommended!

It is a very cozy country house in the middle of the mountains on a small winery. We immediately fell in love with this location. The view of the mountains, Lake Maggiore hidden behind palm trees and pampas grass and the Verzasca dam is sensational. It was clean and everything you could need was there. A bit difficult to find, but thanks to Alberto's accessibility by phone, it went very well. A parking space is also available. You have great hiking opportunities, which Alberto sent us as a recommendation. In nearby Gordola you will also find everything you need. We are very happy to come back. If you walk to Porta Rossa, it's like going into a little fairytale world. Resiga is small and homely, with many alleys, plants, and no matter where you look, you discover something new on every corner. The apartment is located in a very old house and lovingly furnished, a highlight is the romantic courtyard. There is plenty of parking either directly on the lake or slightly up the mountain (each about a 3-minute walk incl. Stairs). The location is very quiet, the equipment perfectly sufficient and the bed very comfortable. There were even heatable in the beds for the cold autumn nights. You can quickly reach the region around Intra by car from where many ferry connections leave, a pizzeria is within walking distance. Birgit was always accommodating and easily accessible. We were very happy to immerse ourselves in the fairytale world of Resiga and highly recommend it to everyone! :)
