The whole B&B is warm and clean, and the place is very convenient.

The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained and price was very reasonable.

The setup and layout of the house made for a warm welcome and stay as a family of 6. Our kids had plenty of room to play around outside and in the pool. Even very roomy inside as well. Plenty of room and even had a washer and dryer for clothes washing. Will definitely stay here again for future trips to Kuching. It was only a 5 min walk to the SamaJaya Park and also within walking distance to some family friendly parks for walking in the mornings and kids to play on swings and a playground. Will recommend for our friends to stay if they ever find themselves wanting a place to just relax and spend time as a family.

The homestay was incredibly comfortable and looked exactly like the photos provided. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and as described. A great value for the money—highly recommended!

Very cozy and comfortable unit. Washer and dryer provided, as well as cuckoo water filter, kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, big fridge. There is Ever Rise supermarket downstairs where you can get supplies easily, great nasi kukus restaurant and many other food stalls surrounding the building. Grab wait was around 15-20 minutes most of the time, so book early if rushing. Overall highly recommended place to stay.

The host and housekeeper are particularly nice, very welcoming, giving us all the support we need, only unexpected and unavailable, a very satisfying travel experience.

Siew Yien is very responsive, friendly and helpful. She allowed us to check in earlier even though we checked in on time eventually. great housekeeping, very classical interior and spacious. love it! This property can accommodate more than 16 pax easily. very suitable for big group travellers. The only setback is not suitable for elderly people especially those having walking difficulties or on wheelchair. The only bedroom at downstairs is locked and occupied as storeroom. Strongly suggest the owner to utilise it as guestroom and use another smaller room or space in the upstairs as storeroom. Just my opinion. You may ignore😄 Many thanks!

The provided manual is clear and easy to follow, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free self-check-in process. For those planning to order a lot of takeout or delivery food, it’s a good idea to bring extra plastic bags for trash to help manage waste during your stay. The security guard at the gate is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall sense of safety and comfort. While this isn’t directly related to the house, it’s highly recommended to use the road with the bridge to reach the location, as the beachside road can become dangerous at night during high tide. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, especially for families or large groups looking

Tien home very nice and modern for stay. She very fast responsive. Nearby area easy to find supermarket and food. Just only lack of rice cooker. Overall everything is fine for me.

Friendly owner, location near to many accessible shop and cafe. Most importantly its a clean and comfortable environment.

The price is very affordable. The host is very responsive, understanding, and helpful. The house is very beautiful, neat and tidy. The house also near to lot of interesting places. And if you got big family to stay, up to 10 pax, I can sure you this is the perfect house to stay.

I love how cozy and comfy the place is, i really love the bedding :D but as what host written in their details, the house is quite small so it is most comfortable staying in with 4 people. Don't expect there would be beautiful scenery, swimming pool or have many things to do. The neighbourhood seems nice and its kinda in a private location, there'll be also other villagers staying around there, so it is advised to respect their neighbourhood. It's a great place to stay if you decide to spend more time outside and only come back to the house to sleep/rest/shower/have meals/etc. The basic appliances are well provided and the instructions were very clear. Altho you might never meet the host in person, it was easy to communicate as they were very responsive in the AirBnb chat. I might come here again. Recommended!!!

A very short stay yet definitely felt like our home. Very spacious, can fit a big group. Accessible toilet/bathrooms & bedrooms for people with disabilities. I really love how it has two separate kitchens (dry & wet). Plus, the host is very friendly and helpful, always so attentive and fast respond 😁 Thank you ms Iris 🫶🏻

The house is spacious, comfortable, and clean. It has all the basic appliances and furniture feels just like home. The location is great too, near Bandar Utama, with plenty of food, entertainment, and convenient transportation options.

Tiyah and her dad were great hosts as communication was easy with them. Upon check in, a mini tour and guide of the house was given which was helpful and much appreciated. The space was more than enough for us 10 adult, nicely decor living space and bedrooms, fully functional kitchen and a huge private swimming pool. We enjoyed their place and worth the 2-nights stay. We went with a family with young kids and old parents. There is a room downstairs with is convenient for the grandparents. A quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
