We had a wonderful weekend at Cheery Cottage. The house was very spacious and had everything we wanted and needed. The location was perfect in Cliftonville, close to the beach and Old Town. Thanks for a fab time!

Barry's place is just great. Cute little apartment but it has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. They were so nice to also leave stuff for breakfast in the fridge. Very nice touch. They are a very friendly and very warm couple and we loved meeting them. Parking is also great right infront of the apartment's door. Worth mentioning: The sofa bed is very comfortable. I was able to get a very good night's sleep because main bed was used by my wife and baby. The apartment can easily sleep 4 people. Recommended.

Perfect for a short break with my mum....we both loved the place and the fact that it was so well situated with loads to do within a short drive. Claire was friendly and always very responsive to any questions. All on a level, which was great for my mum. Lovely decor....we liked the art, especially the album covers on the wall. Beautiful to have the sun flooding the whole place when we returned late afternoon...a bit chilly still in the April eve to fully appreciate the beautiful terrace outside, but we did sit out a little and enjoy the garden. Thoughtful touches such as milk and lovely bathroom/shower products. We have already recommended to someone else and may well be back!

We loved the place. We felt like we were at home. The house itself has got that welcoming feeling that when you’re inside you just wanna stay indoor. It was warm and cozy. We loved the scenery outside as well.

It’s not often that you find exactly what your looking for, but this time we were lucky. Vivienne made our stay absolutely amazing, warm, friendly, lovely countryside and above all she cares….. about her guests, the environment and that you just have the most relaxing time. The stable was spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed and made us and our dogs very welcome. We would return in a heartbeat, just perfect THANKYOU!

We had a fantastic stay at Amy’s place. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos, the decor was lovely. It’s a great place to stay with lots to do in the immediate vicinity, we especially liked all of Amy’s food recommendations which were all excellent. The boys loved playing football in the garden with Amy’s son Theo and we all enjoyed meeting Jago the dog. Would definitely like to return to visit again

Had a lovely stay here. Beautiful setting with a secluded terrace perfect for watching the sunset. Super cosy annexe which was well equipped. Thank you very much for all of Aileen’s recommendations - we managed to see a lot over 2/3 days including Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate

Anne’s cabin is absolutely perfect for a trip to Whitstable and Tankerton - spotless, cozy, and in a brilliant location. Her communication was exceptional, going above and beyond, and the homemade cake she left was such a thoughtful touch. 10/10, will definitely book again!

Excellent place to stay. So luxury with beautiful decor and lots of space. Beautiful garden too. The bed was very comfy and the Alexa lights etc were the icing on the cake. The bar is beautiful too and great if you haven’t brought any alcohol with you or if you have and want to treat yourself to something different. The dart board was our favourite part and we played for many hours! We would recommend to any couples for a little break away or if you’re on a work trip as a luxury place to stay. Thanks so much for having us!

A great stay at the potting shed. The small touches meant a lot. We had bathrobes, pillow spray , Prosecco and a doggy goody bag :). A small but perfectly equipped home. Very relaxing and peaceful. We had a nice walk in Groombridge & a walk to the Pooh sticks bridge all very memorable. Thank you Claire

Had a lovely welcome from Caroline amd the dogs .The accommodation was just perfect for us with everything you could need .Super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Two roomy bedrooms and comfy chairs in both .Lovely views from the back of the property with chairs ,table and parasol. Didn't use the Tvs but 1 in each bedroom. We visted Faversham about 15 minute drive and Whitstable about 30 minute drive during our stay .Highly recommend both .We didn't try the local pub but its a short walk away ,though maybe take a torch if returning at night .Can't wait to go back. Me and my partner booked this cute little Annexe for our weekend break away and were delighted with our stay! The room was beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed, and we had everything we needed for a short visit. Joanna was really friendly and welcoming, chatting to us about daily plans and offering to be available if there was anything more we needed - we could not have asked for a better host! We were in the heart of the village, with a little teashop nearby for lunches and cakes, and a pub up the street for the evening drinks. It was very easy to get to Rye when visiting in the day, just a 10/15 minute drive away. We would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Appledore or Rye!

It was a hassle free,overnight stay. Had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Clean and comfortable place. Was quiet and peaceful. Host recommended a reliable cab company which ferried me to and from the accommodation. Would 100% recommend.

WOW! I would move in tomorrow. Melanie's place was absolutely beautiful. Although on a main road, once your inside you would never know. So peaceful and views were beautiful. I wished we stayed longer. Will definitely recommend and be back. Dovecoat pub just down the road is very welcoming and friendly if you fancy going out.

We had such a relaxing stay, everything we could possibly need was provided and the hosts were on hand if needed. The location is beautiful with lots of walks right on the doorstep. The accommodation was amazing, clean and felt really comfortable during our stay. The added extras, like the doggy cupboard, were really thoughtful and it was the best shower I have ever used. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great place to stay. You’re staying in the middle of the countryside, talking to the sheep but within 10 minutes you’re in the middle of Hawkhurst with great shops/supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Try the Prince of Kent for an excellent Indian or walk 25 minutes to the best Sunday roast at The Eight Bells. Anna is an excellent host; friendly, communicative and nothing is too much trouble. The Easter eggs and chocolate biscuits were a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The house was exactly as described. We will DEFINITELY be back, especially for a cuddle with the friendliest moggies in Hawkhurst. 🐈‍⬛

We had an excellent stay in this well-designed and private annexe. Everything was very well prepared and comfortable. We wanted to be in the middle of Sevenoaks and to be able to work from home as we had some meetings. The wifi was excellent. The space was clean and carefully organised. It was very quiet for somewhere so central. Ideal for visiting Sevenoaks School and the town.

Really peaceful place with beautiful views of lake & surrounded by nature Nice local pub & near enough to beaches Nice place to relax read a book or get on the lake to try & catch a Carp or kayak & have fun ! Would go back again Shawn & Sam were very friendly nice people !! Also a bonus they are dog friendly

We spent one night here for a mini Easter get-away. Perfect location for Bodian castle and the beautiful surrounding countryside. Met our needs for a relaxing evening after a busy day exploring and enjoying a pub lunch. Thank you!
