Family-friendly holiday rentals in Borriana

The first thing is to show my gratitude to Roman and Isabel. We had a little problem and they turned to help and look for the solution. For that, thank you, michas. As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

Fabulous accommodation for our girls holiday. Close to the metro for transport to the city & not too far by taxi. Great communication from the host. Would recommend.

The Department of Justo was love at first sight and not disappointed. In addition to all the comforts it offers has a piano in the room that for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind to her space, she shares her home and her assets as if her guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. I greeted us with an aperitif upon arrival and was in touch prior to every moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full ban̈os in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. Leaves you beach items, space in their placars. It has filtered water on the faucet that looks like a paved but it greatly solves the daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Science and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that it has a theme of smell when operating the main ban? o but I'm afraid that a general theme of Valencia and not my own)

Great large and very bright apartment. The treatment with Luisa from the first moment was attentive and let us in a little earlier and easy to leave. With garage and swimming pool Definitely a great apartment that has everything and you feel safe in the complex If we come back to another day in Valencia, we will definitely repeat

We had a wonderful time, the location was great and the apartment perfect for a family gathering. The host was very helpful even when we set off the smoke alarm! We would highly recommend this apartment at any time of the year.

"I can’t recommend this place enough! We stayed here for two months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The property had every amenity we could need, making it perfect for both short and medium-term stays. But the real highlight was our host. She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Her flexibility and genuine kindness made all the difference – she’s truly one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever had!

A perfect place to stay for a few days with family. In our case we traveled 4 generations, I went from my grandfather to my baby. It is true that you have to climb stairs to go up to the floor where the wc, kitchen and living room is, but if you don't mind climbing stairs the house is perfect. It's not missing a detail. It's very close to the beach and the beach is great, fine sand and very clean water and perfect for kids and seniors. The beds are quite comfortable and that there was airing in the rooms it was a pretty important detail due to the big heat wave we've had. For us it was a perfect stay, a place to repeat.

Staying in Magui’s home was amazing- it was like stepping back in time with all the vintage furniture while having all the modern conveniences that make life easy. It was a joy staying here, totally relaxing and cosy. Being so close to the old city meant everywhere was walkable- we could easily revisit places that we previously fell in love with and discover new restaurants. I hope that we will have the opportunity to return in the future.

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Alejandro's place! The house is spacious, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Beds are also very comfortable! We loved the neighborhood, quiet but with many nice cafes and restaurants (especially Casa Montaña :) and the location is also great, because you can take the metro to the center and the beach in walking distance. Definitely recommend it!

Great functional apartment at a good price. Location is on a quiet street yet very close to supermarkets and easily walkable to Ruzaffa and the nice bars and eateries there. Bus stop to main square and railway station is round the corner - or you could walk it in about 20 minutes. I travelled with my teenage daughter and the location felt very safe for two women even at night. Being on the top floor with the terrace also meant it was very quiet because there are no neighbours above. The terrace is an amazing bonus and we would have used it more had it been warmer. The beds were clean and comfortable and the hot water was plentiful. The sofa in the kitchen/diner isn't the most comfortable and it wouldn't seat four but for the two of us it was fine. All round a good place to stay if you want to see Valencia but want a quiet place to retreat to.

Charming, clean and tidy apartment. Easily accessible, close to downtown and the iconic City of Arts and Sciences. The host made it easy to check in and out before and after the stipulated time. The reception was friendly and facilitative and, communication before and during the excellent stay. I would definitely come back.

Very good location, in a quiet and residential place. Next to Ciudad Artes y Ciencia...etc A stroll along the river of downtown Valencia. Easy to orient yourself. In the neighborhood there is everything (nearby pharmacy, park, bus stop...)

The stay was excellent. A very nice, well equiped apartment (we loved all the plants!) in a good neighbourhood. You can walk to the city center but also the area around the apartment is very nice. A lot of restaurants and a supermarket nextdoor. If you have a rental car, be sure to reserve a spot at garaje Marva, which is on short walking distance.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

Lara's apartment, is very cozy, has all amenities, is very spacious and comfortable. The location is very good and the sound of the beach and its view, makes it a place of total disconnection. The check-in instruction very well explained and to the attention of Lara of 10. We will certainly come back. Thank you

The host was very nice. The property matched the description and was fine for me and my friends.

Stay in a family place. Tennis court, paddle, pedestrian, pool. Beach a few meters away with private access. An apartment with everything you need for your stay in terms of utensils and linens and bathrooms. Outdoor indoor parking spot right there. Elevator and access to people with disabilities. Smart tv, internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, hob... You don't miss anything from home.

Our stay at this place was just gorgeous. We were particularly impressed by the heated pool, which also had a pleasant 30 degrees in May – ideal for relaxing. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: bicycles, a magnificent pool, and a roof terrace with sea view. In the evening we could hear the soothing sound of the sea, which made for a wonderful atmosphere. The sea is within walking distance, which made our vacation even more pleasant. The well-kept garden was another highlight, especially since we were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits once they were ripe. The garage with small workshop equipment was practical and showed the thoughtful planning of the house. We are completely satisfied and can recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely come back!

Marta a great host with good communication. The accommodation faithful to the description and photos. Next to a supermarket and 7 min walk to the beach of Canet and the promenade area with restaurants.

We spent a great time of three weeks in the nicely furnished apartment. There was nothing missing, thoughtful & well appointed, everything worked so far. Questions were answered promptly and flexibly, we were even able to check in a little earlier. Typical of the region and regardless of the great accommodation, mosquitoes had occasionally plagued us at night. The parking space in the underground garage could be used by us (also possible with SUV and some ranking). Overall absolutely recommended, thanks, we would come back!

Just a fabulous stay for us, a family of 5. Loads of space, great pool, great big outdoor terrace and great paella from Manolo and Sue and we were very happy to relax in the calm surroundings. There is a fab bakery, a couple of friendly bars which serve tasty food and a basic supermarket all within walking distance. Great places to eat and supermarkets further out within a 10 minute drive. Olocau, Bétera and La Pobla vallbona. Overall we loved the space and peace and Duna the dog. Sue and Manolo were great hosts, easygoing and helpful. The house has loads of room, loads of bathrooms, big kitchen with everything you need, big TV with fire stick. Wi-Fi. About a 30 minute drive north of Valencià or park and ride and get a metro from Godella. We loved it, even the cicadas just became part of the day. Looking forward to returning again!
