Holiday rentals with a patio in Bosanka

A wonderfully equipped apartment, it had everything we needed. The host was very kind, and the surrounding area was absolutely beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Everything was clean and everything you need. There was even sunscreen and a bottle of water ready for us. The whirlpool with this beautiful view from the terrace was simply a dream for young and old. There were also extra towels. Parking is available. Very friendly hosts. 25-30 min from Dubrovnik and about 10 min to the airport.

would recommend this place to anyone who wants quick access to the old town. really quick walk in makes it very easy, drinks in the fridge and some snacks were very nice to see. would recommend this place.

We loved our stay in Gruz. Despite being a little way from the Old Town, a cheap Uber can get you there very easily. The property itself had everything we needed and Alen provided excellent recommendations and replied very quickly to any queries we had.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in every way. Perfect for a couple. Amazing view from the balcony, just as the picture or better. Lana was a great hostess, meeting up with us and showing everything. She was very quick to answer our questions.

The views over Dubrovnik were worth the climb. Dino's property is a real gem - very clean and together and we loved our stay. It was so nice to have the 10 min walk to Dubrovnik and get stuck into the sights, restaurants and people.. but it was also nice to get home and away from the crowds to enjoy the view in peace.

After more than a week at your place, we conclude that there was nothing missing, on the contrary, more than needed! Equipment 👌 , possibility to cook and at the same time you can walk and find everything. The terrace was very welcoming and the hosts have good taste in decor! Everything was very clean and tidy, 🧹 the couch was very comfortable and the bed too! Many times, the host asked if everything was fine and super responsive. Mihovil was a great host.. when we had queries regarding the villa he answered promptly and concisely. Our pool was cleaned during our stay and we were asked each time when it would be convenient for us so as not to disturb our use. He was friendly and informative and the villa had clear instructions of do’s and don’ts for guests which were easy to follow. The villa also contained a useful travel guide for tourists visiting Dubrovnik which also covered other trips to surrounding islands. There was additional bedding, blankets, towels & pool towels available and a very useful washing machine. Mihovil has thought of everything including a supply of mosquito repellents for indoor and outdoor use. The villa is very well equipped and there is an outdoor barbecue for guests to use.. We would definitely recommend the villa if you wanted to use somewhere peaceful just outside of the old town but bear in mind the local supermarket or shops are a short bus/ car / taxi ride away. We

Hrvoje was an excellent host. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beautiful roof terrace and second terrace with a pool was a highlight of our holiday. Booking and checking in was easy. Hrvoje even arranged our airport taxi and was waiting to meet us at the apartment. We arrived early and Hrvoje was very flexible in letting us check in. The apartment was spotless and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had lots of hot water. The outside areas were beautiful and we spent many hours enjoying the sun and sunsets from the roof terrace. Hrvoje was always available for advice and even arranged a tour of the area for us that suited my 8 year old nephew and 78 year old mother. Overall, a great Airbnb and I would definitely recommend.

Marko iš very responsive host. The house was perfect for our two families with teenagers - enough separate beds and space. Parking was available next to the house for two cars, although it’s not that easy to drive through the village and esp small harbour 😀 Two good restaurants are located in the village, Dubrovnik is close as well for more attractions.

We loved everything about this place. Superb location, newly renovated and tastefully furnished apartment, friendly host are just few things that will make your stay there exceptional. We hope to be back there again on our next trip to Cavtat and vicinity.

Everything great except that one bathroom had hair in the shower, and there was no shower gel in any of the bathrooms. We only stayed one night so we didn't mind that much.

A location as we expected. Tonci and his mother, as a point of contact super nice and helpful with restaurant suggestions, homemade jam, cakes, liqueurs and candied almonds. Everything is totally uncomplicated and simple.

This was probably the best stay I've ever had. Dragan's home was very well equipped and was just as in the description. About the interaction with Dragan, I can say that it was the best of all the hosts I stayed with. He was very responsive and organized in everything. He had a prepared list of recommendations that helped us a lot. We were very satisfied with our stay and will gladly return to Dragan's accommodation.

We had a wonderful holiday in Cavtat. The apartment was lovely and our host, Bruno, couldn't have been more helpful. There were all of the regular appliances plus a coffee maker, which came in very handy! The whole place was spotlessly clean and we felt very comfortable. October is not too busy in Cavtat, which suits us. There's plenty to do, though and the pool at the apartment was very nice. It's a steep walk up and down the hill from the apartment but we didn't mind as the walk by the sea and the harbour was lovely. It was our first time in the area but we'll definitely return and will, hopefully, book the same apartment.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here. Igor was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, and even brought little chocolate gifts for the kids. The pool was amazing, the location near beaches and not far from Dubrovnik. Igor even proactively offered to help us out after noticing an issue with our car - cannot recommend here highly enough for a break. The area is a paradise, the hosts are wonderful and the villa is perfect. We’ll be back.

The apartment is new and clean, towels and linens replaced during your stay, the host provides bikes, sup boards, and other beach equipment for children, so you don't need to bring this with you. Ivan made us a delicious dinner, which was great. The beach next to the apartment is small but very nice because of small pebbles and you don't have to have shoes, you can drive up or walk to other beaches. I hope that our next visits to Croatia will be just as successful as the one in Slano u Ivan.

Luko’s place is much nicer than even the photos show. It was perfectly clean, the kitchen and bathroom were larger than most we’ve stayed in while in Croatia over the past year. Luko was very helpful and responsive. 10/10. Would stay again. Very nice host and amazing stay.

We had a great time in this apartment. Dijana and Natasa are adorable and provide great advice. The place is like the pictures, large, with a beautiful sea view terrace.
