Private suite holiday rentals in Boston

My parents have stayed with Jennifer several times over many years, and she’s been great. The location is really convenient to our J.P. neighborhood, making it easy to coordinate each time they visit. Such an asset to have a reliable and convenient place to come back to time and time again!

Our family of seven made this place a home-base for our first visit to Boston. It provided the space we needed to celebrate the holidays and explore the city together. We enjoyed the walkable neighborhood and its proximity to both the suburbs and downtown (via rental car and public transit). The hosts were super responsive and helpful during our entire stay, including during a little hiccup concerning the appliances. This lovely listing will remain full of special memories for us.

Priscilla’s apartment is fabulous. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s in the US and Europe and this is one of the best. Everything has been thought of, particularly what one looks for when traveling: a good bed and mattress, good quality linens. Priscilla’s place really stands out; we have stayed at beautiful houses and apartments with lovely furniture. And yet, the mattresses and linens are just not up to par. The two bedrooms at Priscilla’s are wonderful. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, with blankets, as well as gorgeous duvets, and top quality sheets and towels. The other amenities are superb: a little fridge, microwave, toaster oven and toaster. Ah, I should also mention the heating system is very efficient. Priscilla is kind, caring, and fascinating to speak with. The grounds are peaceful and the location is perfect, close to Cambridge and Boston, and of course, the center of Concord. We cannot have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Priscilla! Will be back!

Norah’s place is an absolute gem! We felt right at home and loved the neighborhood. This place is extremely convenient to many great spots. About a 20 min walk to the amazing Newbury St. Super clean, very comfortable beds, and peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay here. The loft is lovely and warm with the pellet stove going. The backyard leads to a system of hiking trails that I really enjoyed.

One of the very best AirBnb's I've stayed in. Spacious, clean, cozy, even the towels are super soft and absorbent. Very comfortable bed (assuming you like a nice firm mattress with some give). If you want to cook or store food, they offer everything you need, and they even have free snacks! Just a 15-minute walk to Bearskin Neck. I hope to have a chance to stay here again.

Peter was very open, friendly and helpful from the beginning. Whenever we had a question/concern, he replied promptly. He also gave great recommendations. I would also feel safe as a solo traveler.

Melissa is a great host. I stayed for a procedure in my neck and couldn't drive and I live 30 miles away. My dog Conner stayed with me. comfortable bed, great yard and very clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but the house was very clean! Great location. Excellent stay.

This place was perfect for visiting family in the area. I even had a cousin over for tea. For a one bedroom it's pretty spacious, the walk in closet was huge! The neighborhood is very quiet. We were welcomed with a half dozen eggs! Very generous considering the current egg shortage. There's a nice narrow but long driveway to park in. Set behind the house the space feels very private. The amenities were well stocked, plenty of soaps etc. It even had a small air fryer.

Sarah’s place is a VERY Salem experience. The charm of the neighborhood, the ease and walk ability of getting around, the views are what bring me back to Salem over and over, and this place had it all. The linens are luxurious. The bathroom is well appointed. But of course, the highlight for me is the entryway. I don’t think it sunk in while reading the description, how hobbit like it is. My son called it the Harry Potter door. We were in town to tour a local college, and this place made our short stint a delightful experience. I’ll have to return to experience the gardens in bloom, soon.

We had a great stay. Lynn is centrally located in MA, close to Boston and Salem. The train was close by even though we had a car.

This might just be the cleanest AirBnB that I've stayed in! Mackenzie & Chris were fabulous hosts and thought of all of the details to make for a cozy and beautiful space. The location is perfect for parking your car for the weekend and walking around town and when you come back to rest, the most comfortable bed and pillows are waiting for you. One thing to note is that this rental is down a flight of very steep steps - make sure to watch your head if you're over 6' like my husband. If you are venturing in to Salem, be sure to book this place! I can't recommend it enough.

It was a cute and peaceful stay.

We were so comfortable here! Everything was as pictured and described and just so well thought out. I think I slept better here in the very comfy bed than at home. We were in town for a family emergency instead of a vacation, so it was great to have a cozy place with everything we needed to hang out during down times. That said, the location is good in terms of walkability, and we truly appreciated having a dedicated parking spot in a town where parking can be challenging. The deck would be wonderful in warmer weather, too. We felt lucky that Logan's place was available for us during a less than happy time, and it would be fun to stay here again under better circumstances to fully enjoy the visit.

Dominique is a great host, and stands out from others in the Gloucester area with her kindness and openness. She welcomed us even though we arrived later than the check in time, guided us to the unit, and made sure that we felt right at home. Her friendliness to our family and our pet is something we really value and appreciate. If you need a cozy riverside apartment within 10 minutes of the lovely cafes and shops of Downtown Gloucester or 15 minutes from picturesque Bearskin Neck in Rockport, this should be at the top of your list!

This was a fantastic place to stay while we were in town for a concert! It was clean and cozy. The instructions were so clear, which made the place easy to find (even for a non-local driver), and I really appreciated how proactive and welcoming the hosts were! It was wonderful to have a place we felt comfortable coming back to to relax. (I will say it's not a huge place, so there's not a ridiculous amount of space—this was absolutely perfect for us, but this isn't designed to be a stay-inside-all-day kind of place. However, it's super conveniently located, so it's great to get out and go places!) We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pinhas's guest suite in Arlington is an amazing comfortable stay! In addition to the super comfortable rooms and tidiness of the entire suite, this guest suite has lots of amenities and so many thoughtful touches - from the guidance labels on the light switches to having the instruction manuals for the appliances handy in a binder to the comfy bedding and bath towels. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful, and we slept very soundly. Throughout our long-weekend stay, Pinhas was responsive and sent clear instructions for check-in and where to park, which we greatly appreciated knowing ahead of time because we were going to a big birthday dinner after checking in. We loved our stay!

I spent three weeks in the apartment while working in a Harvard library. It was a delight to come home to each evening. The place is spaciious, comfortably and colourfully furnished and has a welcoming feel. There is everything you could possible need, from crockery and cutlery to various products and other useful items such as umbrellas, rainwear, shopping bags... The bed is really comfortable. The separate washing machine room was great, and the equipment really up to date. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood a half an hour on foot along Brattle Street from Harvard Square or 10 minutes by bus. Leyla herself was wonderfully responsive throughout my stay, and I'm extremely grateful to her for her help and understanding when my flight home was cancelled because of the Heathrow fire. I shall have very happy memories of my stay.

The place was excelente for a peaceful weekend, I wanted to celebrate my birthday and I brought my birthday cake and I found at the cabin some birthday plates, napkins and candles for my birthday cake, I loved the attention, the kind and I felt very welcomed. The place has magnificent views, I did some kayaking in the white pond, I can’t describe how beautiful was the cabin with the viewing, definitely I will come back.

I have stayed at Oscar and Gina's several times and keep going back because it is clean, convenient, quiet, and comfortable. Oscar and Gina are very good hosts. They respond to questions right away and always solicit suggestions for how they can do better. There is a code system to get into the unit, which makes using keys unnecessary.

This was a great location for our trip. We loved the quiet area and Ian was very helpful when we needed assistance

Beautiful little space in a great area of Boston. Zvi's place had everything we needed for a weekend visit and it was within walking distance to great restaurants and the Roadrunner which was a bonus.

Greg accommodated our last-minute change of dates and request for an early check-in and we were greeted with lovely notes of welcome throughout the suite: snacks and water! candy on the pillows! kleenex flowers! twinkly lights on the topiaries at the front door! Magazines! Games! Thoughtful touches throughout, very well-stocked in terms of toiletries and cleaning supplies. We stayed nearly three weeks and it was a very comfortable and convenient space, even though it was cold and snowy outside. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and became regulars at Boston King Coffee down the hill.
