Spacious in-law suite on 3rd floor of our house conveniently located in Watertown, a few steps away from Harvard Square bus line as well as a 20 minutes drive to downtown Boston. Free parking spot for your car. The main studio has a sitting area, working desk as well as a cozy dining space, with a BONUS separate bedroom and PRIVATE bathroom with shower. NO KITCHEN. When weather permits, you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunset while sipping your drinks. We have ample closet space.

Welcome to this spacious, quiet and relaxing furnished suite (private entrance own deck- patio-fire pit). It is truly in an amazing location; walking distance to Mall/Lahey Hospital & only 18 mi from Boston Logan Airport, with plenty of parking. Our place is good for professionals, students, couples, solo, families (with kids). The airbnb is attached to a main house but it's contactless (check-in/-out) with own entrance. Ideal for 2, a little tight for 3 but manageable (sofa into bed).

Graceful country oasis in a renovated 125 year old historic home, 35 minutes driving time from downtown Boston. (Important-stairs climbing required to reach bedroom suite.) I welcome quiet, mature guests. We are located on a scenic road in sophisticated Dover, Ma, a commuter/country setting, with miles of hiking trails and roads ideal for cycling, and surprisingly close to downtown Boston. I have owned and loved this home for 33 years and take great joy in its charm and outdoor spaces.

Lofty top floor retreat with skylights. This guest suite has a queen bed, bathroom with shower and skylight, and its own entrance from the back yard of my house. Two short blocks to the Southwest Corridor where you'll find bike and running trails and the T transit. Large Suite in the Historic District of Rockport.

This large suite is the entire top floor of a Historic home, approx. 750 sq. feet. Enjoy a short walk to Old Garden Beach , Front beach, Heath’s Tea Room , Shalin Liu Performance Center and all of downtown Rockport many shops, restaurants and art galleries. You will enter your suite via a keyless door up a private “good morning” staircase to the third floor. Includes use of a screened porch, side porch with rockers and grilling area.

Beach Garden Studio

Beautiful studio in Scituate Harbor for one or two. All the conveniences in one small space. Private entrance and bath with views from your private deck and patio. Walk to EVERYTHING. Many great restaurants and shops. Queen size bed. (Some of the older reviews may mention the sleeper, which we replaced with a queen bed.)
