Great location and easy walk/drive to restaurants, shops and bakeries. Apartment is always spotless and was cozy warm during the cold weather Boston had when we visited. We have stayed here many times and it’s our preferred Airbnb while visiting JP.

Our family of seven made this place a home-base for our first visit to Boston. It provided the space we needed to celebrate the holidays and explore the city together. We enjoyed the walkable neighborhood and its proximity to both the suburbs and downtown (via rental car and public transit). The hosts were super responsive and helpful during our entire stay, including during a little hiccup concerning the appliances. This lovely listing will remain full of special memories for us.

Priscilla’s apartment is fabulous. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s in the US and Europe and this is one of the best. Everything has been thought of, particularly what one looks for when traveling: a good bed and mattress, good quality linens. Priscilla’s place really stands out; we have stayed at beautiful houses and apartments with lovely furniture. And yet, the mattresses and linens are just not up to par. The two bedrooms at Priscilla’s are wonderful. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, with blankets, as well as gorgeous duvets, and top quality sheets and towels. The other amenities are superb: a little fridge, microwave, toaster oven and toaster. Ah, I should also mention the heating system is very efficient. Priscilla is kind, caring, and fascinating to speak with. The grounds are peaceful and the location is perfect, close to Cambridge and Boston, and of course, the center of Concord. We cannot have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Priscilla! Will be back!

Norah's beautiful, clean basement suite is the perfect stay in Beacon Hill...most beautiful neighborhood, walk to Boston Common park and Charles Street, or run the Charles River! This is the best Boston Airbnb we have stayed in and we have stayed in many! Looking forward to our return already.

Peter was extremely helpful and very approachable! Very responsive from the moment of booking to the hour before checking out and he always offers to help in anyway he can! The place was perfect for what we needed and it is also close to all amenities such as shops and local transport! I did not want to leave, I felt so at home there! I will happily stay here again for whenever I am visiting Boston again! ☺️ highly recommend!

Melissa is a great host. I stayed for a procedure in my neck and couldn't drive and I live 30 miles away. My dog Conner stayed with me. comfortable bed, great yard and very clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but the house was very clean! Great location. Excellent stay.

Meredith was a great host! Their dog was super friendly and also a good host :) would highly recommend this clean and cozy spot.

This place was perfect for visiting family in the area. I even had a cousin over for tea. For a one bedroom it's pretty spacious, the walk in closet was huge! The neighborhood is very quiet. We were welcomed with a half dozen eggs! Very generous considering the current egg shortage. There's a nice narrow but long driveway to park in. Set behind the house the space feels very private. The amenities were well stocked, plenty of soaps etc. It even had a small air fryer.

Cosy and charming! Wonderful and responsive hosts. Close enough to walk to nearly everything in town but, also quiet and removed so one can have a simple night in. Amazing place. The little door is the what sold it!

We had a great stay. Lynn is centrally located in MA, close to Boston and Salem. The train was close by even though we had a car.

Mackenzie and Chris are thoughtful and attentive hosts. The suite is beautifully appointed - the bed is super comfy, towels are thick and cosy. All the extras are there in case you have forgotten something. Mackenzie and Chris are very responsive and happy to help. Fantastic location for exploring Salem. We will be back!

Albana was a wonderful host. She immediately helped me with my WiFi troubles and gave me an extremely warm welcome. The space itself is a hidden gem. Lots of space despite its relatively small size. Great location and extremely clean. Would definitely recommend!

Dominique is a great host, and stands out from others in the Gloucester area with her kindness and openness. She welcomed us even though we arrived later than the check in time, guided us to the unit, and made sure that we felt right at home. Her friendliness to our family and our pet is something we really value and appreciate. If you need a cozy riverside apartment within 10 minutes of the lovely cafes and shops of Downtown Gloucester or 15 minutes from picturesque Bearskin Neck in Rockport, this should be at the top of your list!

I absolutely loved staying at this gem of an Airbnb. Not often that I find the quality of an Airbnb exceeding expectations, but Mark's place really knocked it out of the park. Furniture, appliances and finishings are above and beyond anything I would expect from an Airbnb. I think it's fair to say that it was a great fit as I was working the majority of the time and consequently noise levels were pretty low. The space definitely allows more people to stay but I would be worried about noise as it is really spacious and sounds travel quickly. Mark has been incredibly helpful leading up to my stay and the instructions were easy to follow. Lastly, walking to the town's centre is also really easy and safe which allows anyone staying enjoying what the town has to offer.

This has to be the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The unit was very clean. Furniture, linens, kitchen equipment - everything was thoughtfully laid out. The care taken to maintain the unit and make it comfortable was apparent. Pini was a friendly host and had left us little treats, milk, fruit - we were very grateful for his hospitality. Thanks Pini! The unit was perfect for our family of 4. If you have mobility issues, the stairs might be hard to navigate but everything has been laid out in the descriptions.

We had a short but very pleasant stay at Leyla’s. It was the perfect spot for us, visiting our grandchildren only a mile away, but having our own place to retreat to. The bed and couches are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Leyla was very responsive to a problem that we had. Great communication. Would definitely stay there again.

So glad I was able to return and stay again at Marybeth's beautiful lakehouse. Marybeth and Irwin couldn't be more hospitable, and the place is calm and full of heart and spirit. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Jennifer's guest suite was amazing. Everything that is listed about her suite is accurate. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood, the location of the suite is close to stores and restaurants. The suite was very clean, came equipped with necessary items. Jennifer responded to my messages at a timely manner. Overall, you will not be disappointed with your decision to book.

I have stayed at Oscar and Gina's several times and keep going back because it is clean, convenient, quiet, and comfortable. Oscar and Gina are very good hosts. They respond to questions right away and always solicit suggestions for how they can do better. There is a code system to get into the unit, which makes using keys unnecessary.

Greg’s place was great - it was so clean and inviting. We were there a week and it felt like home after a day or two. It had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. Thank you!
