Free parking spot for your car. The main studio has a sitting area, working desk as well as a cozy dining space, with a BONUS separate bedroom and PRIVATE bathroom with shower. NO KITCHEN. When weather permits, you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunset while sipping your drinks. We have ample closet space.

Graceful country oasis in a renovated 125 year old historic home, 35 minutes driving time from downtown Boston. (Important-stairs climbing required to reach bedroom suite.) I welcome quiet, mature guests. We are located on a scenic road in sophisticated Dover, Ma, a commuter/country setting, with miles of hiking trails and roads ideal for cycling, and surprisingly close to downtown Boston. Spacious, bright, private room in funky apartment building, with grocery/convenience store right downstairs. Private entrance (from common hallway), private bath. Beach Garden Studio

Beautiful studio in Scituate Harbor for one or two. All the conveniences in one small space. Private entrance and bath with views from your private deck and patio. Walk to EVERYTHING. Many great restaurants and shops. Queen size bed. (Some of the older reviews may mention the sleeper, which we replaced with a queen bed.)
