Isolated seaside house in pine forest, with a living area of about 80 m2. Access is through a private access subdivision (electric gate). The cabin is located on a plot of pine trees sheltered from the mistral at the edge of the railroad mesh involving a noise annoyance of a few seconds when the train passes (passenger transport) but the silence is total outside these few moments, as well as at night. A 150m path leads directly to a cove.
