Holiday rentals with a kayak in Boulder Junction

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely come back!!!!! We ate at the Pea Patch one evening and listened to some great live music Nearby grocery store was also very friendly and had everything we needed. Our dogs also loved the place as well :)

A beautiful home in a private location. Set just steps away from Skunk Lake, it was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The perfect way to bring in the new year.

The place was just as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were there for a snowmobile trip and had very good access to the trails. Vaughn sent instructions for checking in that were accurate and easy to follow. This was our second stay here and we would do it again.

Daniel was very responsive and great to work with. We had an issue when we got to the rental but Daniel resolved the issue right away and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay at one of his rentals again as it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks Daniel

We stayed here for the Pond Hockey tournament and booked it last minute after someone cancelled their reservation and oh my goodness did we luck out! What an amazing home, so spacious, cozy, and quiet. I will absolutely be trying to make this our place to stay year after year when we head up to eagle river for the tourney!

This was our second (annual) stay and we are already talking about returning again next year. We had such a great stay! The location is great for us - lots of great hikes and interesting places to visit within an easy drive. The amenities of the cabin are all first rate. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen and grill and enjoyed fabulous home-cooked meals every evening. The view of the river from the cabin is so beautiful. We enjoyed seeing how it changed from moment to moment and day to day. At times there was mist rising from the water, at other times, the water sparkled brightly. Truly beautiful. We have been so looking forward to this year's week at the cabin - and it did not disappoint. I most highly recommend it to you!

A great place to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Tyler was very timely with responses to all my questions no matter the time of day. The cabin was basic but had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing disappointing about the trip was the fishing. Unfortunately, Tyler had no control over the fish and weather.

We had a nice peaceful stay. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed using the paddle boat and fishing off the pier. We saw 3 deer, black squirrels and a grouse on our walks. Laura got back to us right away when we had any questions or concerns.

My wife and I; our 3 teenagers and our pup stayed at Cara’s place- Rowyns Resort main cabin and had a fabulous time. Easy to find. Remote but close to any amenities you need Short, pretty and easy drive to town- The home was very clean, bright and spacious. Great layout. Easily met our needs and large enough we could have had another family with us and been comfortable. Clean rooms. Comfortable furniture and beds. All the amenities and accoutrements you need on site. Hot water for shower/bath. The deck was fabulous looking over the water and watching wildlife. Fish from the shore or dock- The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and watching stars. The shared game room is great. Cozy and full of fun and games- We had the best time- Cara and team were very responsive to any need and ensured a great stay. Would highly recommend this property and property manager! Don’t miss this gem We can’t wait to go back in the summer and try another season!! Enjoy!

Loved our stay! While the home is quite small, it was stocked with anything we could have wanted/needed. It was the perfect place to unplug and decompress. The hot tub was absolutely amazing! While we didn’t use the area above the garage, it was quite impressive! Can’t wait to come back.

The place was clean and comfortable, great location the guest and I really enjoyed staying here!

We sure enjoyed our visit at this beautiful lake home. Everything was as described and the owner(s) were very helpful in making sure the check in process was a smooth as possible. We sure enjoyed the view of the lake and the fact that the neighborhood was very walkable. The proximity to town makes everything convenient if you need to go shopping or find a restaurant. The home was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. On a cold morning the heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. Also, the black out blinds are great for getting a solid night's rest. This home’s location could not be better—it is nestled in the trees right on the lake and just steps aways from the ski hill allowing you to ski in and ski out! It was down a winding and hilly road that was easy to find with Marks instructions; I was grateful for the all wheel drive on our vehicle to get us there :) The house itself is also very impressive—it was beautiful, well constructed, clean and well stocked. Mark and his brother were super responsive and very friendly. We had a great stay!

The location of this cabin was spectacular, close to many trails and short drive into town for restaurants or groceries. The view all around the property was breathtaking and there were so many wonderful amenities provided. We had such a great time and this place helped us unplug and enjoy quality time. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay next time. If you're able to, add an extra night!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. This beautiful cabin is located right on a scenic lake....the sunsets are to die for! The neighborhood is extremely quiet, so we slept soundly. If you like hiking, this is the place for you, as numerous miles of hiking trails are within a short drive of the cabin. The hosts were very friendly and allowed us extremely early check-in, which we greatly appreciated after a long drive to Wisconsin's great outdoors. The cabin is very spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook, as we do. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our Spring Break stay! The house was great. I love that it is actually a dog-friendly residence, complete with couch covers. The fire pit and grill were awesome bonuses. I bet this is an amazing stay in the summer time!

Great location and house. Beautiful sunsets across the bay. Air conditioning was helpful for two days. Kelly is very responsive!

Enjoyed a peaceful lakeside vacation. Went ice fishing and caught a 24" walleye at night. Perfect weekend and a beautiful view of the lake.

We had a great stay at Twin Rivers Resort! We came up with snowmobiles and had extremely easy access to the trails (no trailering) with many options on where to go. A super cute supper club was just next door with other bars and restaurants easy to access by sled or car ride. A couple of grocery store options within a short drive made things easy. The kitchen had everything you need and the cabin was cozy and relaxing after a long day of riding. Heidi was helpful and responded quickly when we reached out. We hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was the perfect getaway for our family. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature and a crystal clear lake (literally), which made it a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life back home. The cabin itself was expansive, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting by the bonfire at night and fishing and swimming during the day. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!
