Quaint stone cottage in Village

Delightful newly renovated cottage with cozy wood burning stove. In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Canoeing easily accessible. Review from Allison: Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful house, everything you need for your stay. Lovely area with plenty to do and see. Best value and nicest place we have stayed.

With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and cycling. 2 major bathing areas at the bicycle distance from the house. 2 minute walk to the local bakery and restaurants. The house offers a nice garden, several nice patios. Perfect for a family/group of 7-9.

You can have a relaxing bath in our outdoor hot tube while enjoying different beautiful sunsets every night ! The hot tube will not be working during winter. The charm of this 18th century house also lies in its location near a river with a beach, recreation area and open-air café, which is accessed directly from the garden (fenced) without taking the road.
