Very nice villa, good location, easy to access. Fully equipped. Very beautiful swimming pool, not overlooked. The housekeeper is always available and very warm. It was a pleasure for the whole family.

The villa is much more beautiful than in the photos, even if 2 or 3 things are to be fixed since we are at the end of the season, we had a great stay, the sea view in every room is beautiful, the rooms are very large and very well managed. Everything was convenient. Indeed the pool is not heated but it did not stop us from swimming there at the end of October (always with the sea view). Direct access to the beach is a real plus with handy showers. Only downside, we are out of season so not much open around but we enjoyed being alone enjoying the beach so it's a choice on our part.

Hello, we had a pleasant stay, we were comfortable. No matter what time we came back , therewas always someone to welcome us, a big thank you to Youcef who brought added value to our stay in terms of management. The residence as well as the accommodation were very clean, the pool a real plus for the children, our host as well as his employees were very attentive, we will be back with pleasure, and thank you again to Nawel and Aziz, at the top.

Mukhtars place is an amazing apartment newly built with all new amenities. The view from the flat was amazing with our bedroom windows facing the waves crashing on the shore below. It’s a bit of a climb down a steep hill to the beach, however, there are stairs - ( lots of them) -about a 5 min walk away. We already recommended to family and friends and hope to return again. The only downside was the steep walk down to the beach , lots of broken glass so you have to be careful but the beach is reasonably clean and the sea is crystal clear . Great value for money. Definitely recommend. Thankyou.

Beautiful property with a large outdoor space, bbq, washing machine A few issues came up but hakim was able to help us out every time, very helpful

alaa's place perfectly meets our need. Large place for large family it was clean and Alaa is easily available. Tramway at the foot of the building. All shops are nearby, 1 minute walk. i highly recommend it.

I thank Fateh and her caretaker with all my heart for listening at every moment. I was also able to change money because my cards are not functional in Algeria. I really felt like I was at home. The large balcony and its breathtaking view of the City of Oran allowed me to enjoy my evenings . If I come back to Oran, it's safe and certain that it's his place that I'll book!
