We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

Hi Sharmilla, We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tranquillity. The garden and surroundings are stunning, with beautiful pools leading into a vast palm forest and nature reserve. The tranquility is incredible—just birdsong and the sounds of nature all around. Sunil, the caretaker, was amazing. He helped with everything, from getting fresh fruit at a local farm to arranging a tuk-tuk. Such a kind and attentive person! We felt truly pampered and completely relaxed. Dilan was lovely, place was lovely. What you see is what you get and for that reason I can’t fault it. Keep in mind it’s like an apartment/hotel complex, I was confused for a split second when arriving, and none of the locals recognised “tropical sunset” stay but super cute!!

This was close to paradise and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in around the world. We loved the stylish design of the buildings, filled with art, the well maintained gardens and the beautiful pool which we had all to ourselves for two days. Dinesh, VJ and the rest of the staff were always in attendance with help and thoughtful gestures. Breakfast was delicious and more than we could eat. The bananas and star fruit straight from the tree were delicious. Dinesh arranged taxis and tuk tuks for us and a highlight was a his and hers massage in the spa room. It was a pleasure to meet Barbara, the owner and talk to her about her collection of art and artefacts. The rooms were very spacious with an excellent modern en- suite and tall ceilings. An idyllic two night stay to begin our journey around Sri Lanka and recuperate after a long flight from the UK. Do not hesitate to book at this beautiful oasis....we can't wait to return!

Absolutely loved our time at the loft. The place and the surrounding was so scenic, it went beyond what we expected before arriving. Special thanks to Mahinda and his wife for the delicious meals they prepared for us. The food was out of this world. So much to explore and we will definitely be back in a couple of months. Got to say, everything was 10/10. My wife loved it too. Sad that our stay came to an end.

Very nice villa on a secluded beach. Everything was very clean, the pool suoer refreshing. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Sr Martinez is an excellent care taker, he bouhgt us some water and tea and cookies. If you are looking for some relaxing time at the beach, this is your place to stay. Can definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time at Madura’s place, would 100% recommend to anyone who’s looking for a place to stay. Always a good tip for every city we went to visit ! Nothing bad to say !
