Holiday rentals in Bowmore

This is the second time I have stayed here. It is in a very central position on the harbour front with great views and plenty of free parking.

The cottage is an extremely comfortable and warm haven. Set in picturesque surroundings at the end of a farm track. It is extremely well equipped and the large hallway and utility/ drying area was excellent for all our coats and shoes etc. I would definitely recommend this place x

We really enjoyed our stay at Corrie Cottage. The fires were perfect for evenings and the bed was very comfortable. The fish van stopping outside the house is a must if you’re there on the right day, it was the best fish we’ve ever had!

We had such an amazing stay at Tangy Lodge. The hosts were so helpful and responsive. On arrival the house was exactly as described. It was beautiful inside and extremely clean. They have thought of everything that would be needed for a short stay. We can’t recommend it enough and hope to come back soon!

Daisy cabin was a very peaceful place. We loved sitting by the cozy fire reading after a day of distilleries. The wood burning hot tub was worth the effort if you find yourself home for a longer period of time. One thing that we wish we were told is that there is only one restaurant in town and it is always fully booked so make your reservations before you arrive.

Isabelle’s place is beautiful, much larger than it looks on the photos. So peaceful, we were joined by a deer in the garden every night. The views are stunning. Rooms comfortable and clean, well equipped kitchen and a short drive to Bowmore, port Charlotte or Port Askaig. A great location for walks or relaxing.

Lovely place to stay in the middle of Bowmore. Great base for walking, cycling etc. on Islay. Lovely house with a stream through the garden.

The Swan’s Nest was absolutely brilliant. We had the best time and intend to come back! The cabin is cosy and well apportioned with a lovely view and private front garden. The space has been really nicely thought-out and we had everything we needed. Natalie and her family were great - super welcoming and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

This is the 5th time I’ve stayed at Elizabeth’s flat and it is always a great place to stay. Great location, lovely and clean and very comfy beds. Even leaves milk, biscuits etc for guests. It’s like a home from home. I will always stay here when visiting Campbeltown if it’s available. Thanks again for a great stay!
