We stayed at Mollie's over Christmas and New Year and had a great time. The house is beautifully set out with stylish art and unique furniture. For us the stand out room was the kitchen (where we spent a lot of time as a family) - it's spacious, warm and opens out onto a lovely little back yard. It was great for Christmas and new year celebrations. Mollie also made the effort to put up a lovely Christmas tree and decorations to make us feel very festive. The whole house is well appointed with everything you need and the bathroom is lovely as well with a great shower and deep traditional bath. The local area is very nice with a supermarket just a few minutes walk as well as local grocers, coffee shops and restaurants too. We also enjoyed some of the excellent pubs really close by within a few minutes walk of the house. There are also parks nearby for dog walks and the city centre is walkable too. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Mollie!

Bradford-on-Avon is a lovely town to stay in and to explore, and is also a great location to stay to access Bath. This house is so close to the British Rail station that we were able to use the train as a 10 minute shuffle service and avoid the hassle of Bath traffic and car parking.

Really comfortable house at a great price. Lovely and warm despite the weather being freezing! Everything you could need for a holiday, including a cute little outdoor sitting area. Walkable distance to Frome town centre, also pubs, chippy, supermarkets within walking distance. Good communication from the hosts. We would definitely recommend.

Loved our stay at Clare’s house - full of character and plenty of space to spread out for us as a family of 4. We were there over a very chilly and damp February weekend and it was a lovely cosy space to return to. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but an easy and pleasant walk via Victoria Park to the Royal Crescent. Would not hesitate to recommend this property for a stay in Bath - hope to return in warmer weather!

What an absolute gem, the accommodation is spotless and so comfortable. It’s in a brilliant location for exploring the surrounding areas. There were so many thoughtful touches, lots of choice for breakfast. The dog is lovely, well behaved and doesn’t make a sound. The rooms have everything you need. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Louise’s house is lovely. Lots of space for seven of us to have a memorable family Christmas. Big kitchen and lots of space to chill out in the living room with games and toys for the children. Louise put up a Christmas tree for us and made the table look so festive. The dogs loved running around the big garden. I would highly recommend this house for a family holiday. I found it very easy to communicate with Louise on the app her response time was quick and she was extremely helpful.

This is a lovely cottage with everything you need and is in a perfect location. Loved staying here and would thoroughly recommend.

We had an incredible stay. Ann really made us feel at home, and the house is amazing. Lots of space for a group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The hot tub and pool really made our weekend extra special.

Lovely peaceful cottage with all the amenities you could need. Very relaxing. Sitting out on the balcony with views of the lake was the perfect switch off needed. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. Small gestures like supplying shampoo, hairdryers etc helps the ease of packing. Nice touches with the board games too. Communication with Chris and Alexandra was effective and fast. Very friendly. The estate this is on makes this place suitable for families as well as couples. We used the outdoor pool, tennis courts, football pitch and sat in the resturant for a coffee but the beauty of this place is the cottage is tucked away from it all so if you want to switch off from it all you can. We took a 40 minute walk into Ashton Keynes following the Thames trail. Very easy to find and follow. Thank you Chris and Alexandra. We will be recommending to others.

Excellent instructions to find the property. House was clean and comfortable. There was sufficient plates, cups, glasses, etc for the number of people stating in the house, plus a large pan for cooking. The children who were part of the group appreciated the toys on the property. The park was quiet and well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again for a family get together

We had a lovely stay at Tamsin's place. Tamsin was really welcoming and showed us around. The place is cosy, clean and spacious. Great location as you can walk from the door to the Tor. We would definitely stay again. Also loved Pepper the dog!

Victoria's place was wonderful! Our family stayed for the weekend and it was very comfortable with plenty of space. the facilities onsite are great, and visiting with your family you won't get bored. Victoria was very responsive, and provided complimentary gifts for my Mums 50th. I recommend this place highly!

Stop looking at reviews and just book this stay!!! Fantastic place and a fantastic host. Penny was very helpful and great communication. Also if the option is given, I would recommend the breakfast as well by Richard, who is also a fantastic gent. The entrance to the estate could be tricky to spot, especially in the dark as the airbnb directions put the Google maps pin about 100 yards away, but look for the lane that goes down the long road if you’re following the maps and it’s then easy to see. Charming location and great for walks around the area. I’m sure we’ll be back again someday soon. Thank you

Lovely little place - compact and perfectly formed ! Amanda was a brilliant host and went above and beyond to make sure my stay here with my two cockerpoos was as comfortable as possible. Little treats were left including beautiful fresh flowers. Very well equipped, clean modern kitchen. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, the bedding was of good quality as were the towels. Powerful hot shower in a lovely little bathroom added to my fabulous experience in staying at Joes place. Two lovely pubs in the village and lots of cute walks to tire out the pups ! What a gorgeous property. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. Barbara is really helpful, giving us lots of information to make sure we had a great stay. We stayed I February and it was lovely and cosy. Would love to go back in the Summer to enjoy the lovely outdoor space.

Bungalow has so much space inside, all the rooms are large. Mattresses weren’t the comfiest but the space was clean and ideal for a large family. Note: The kids food portions from the pub at the bottom of the hill are gigantic! Definitely consider splitting.

We stayed at Tabitha’s over a weekend whilst visiting family locally. It was ideal for what we needed. The property is very clean and provides everything you’d need. The decor and furniture is a little tired but this doesn’t have any negative impact. We aren’t vegan but it wasn’t a problem for us as we weren’t in the property much at all and were very happy to use alternative milks etc.

We had a lovely 1 night stay in Woody. Jackie met us on arrival and couldn't have been more informative, helping us with how to use the appliances etc. It is a perfect place for a rest away from the city and such a cosy stay, with beautiful views. We would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you.

We had a super host who provided us with clear instructions on how to travel, park and how to access the property. It was a very clean property and met all our expectations for our short stay in the Bath/ Bristol area. We would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

This bijou house is ideal for a couple and their 4 legged friend to spend some time visiting this lovely area. There are great walks right from the doorstep and it is within easy reach of Bradford on Avon and Bath. Two excellent pubs and a handy local shop are nearby. The property is cosy, warm and comfortable. Little extras like milk, coffee, tea and cereal are provided, and for us plenty of decent toilet paper, sharp kitchen knives, shampoo and shower gel are very much appreciated. Excellent internet and smart tv are included in the package along with decent linen and a comfortable low bed. All in all we would highly recommended this house.
