The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

Emilio country house is synonymous with serenity and peace. Immersed in the beautiful Reggiane valleys, you can enjoy priceless peace while being close to the towns. The house is equipped with every comfort as Romina has the art of hospitality: cleanliness, order and comfort. You can park your car inside the property as well as use the outdoor area. If you have to work, the Wi-Fi line is great and takes it throughout the house. Surely it will be my “Emilian house”.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, kind and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. Thanks! 😊

We had a great time at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were real pluses. Not to mention all the little touches that Carlo had for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The accommodation is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

2 real minutes, walk to downtown. close to a pub, a tobacco shop, a bar and a supermarket, that is, to everything. very quiet area even if close to the historic center. easily reachable by public transport. Great accommodation for a quick trip to the city for 1-2 people. Finally, very kind host.

Charming small typical home and in its own juice. Matteo was very helpful and welcoming for our quick visit to the area (one night). We were also happy to find a garage that can accommodate 2 cars in this pedestrian area.

We spent 3 days for a bachelorette party. The villa is really crazy, even more beautiful than in the photo. Each floor is independent, with its kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. The house is crazy in every detail, from the decor to the amenities included. The pergola, the pool and the view are spectacular and we really enjoyed them. We also organized a party with the deejay in the pergola, wonderful! The owner was really top: very helpful in all our requests and was also very flexible both at check-in and check-out. Absolutely recommended place!!!

Gabriella and Alessandro are super personable and welcomed us right away. We were always able to reach out to them with questions. The space is a dream!! In particular, the huge garden with olive grove, pool, many cozy seating and a great view of the sea. We were here for the second time and definitely want to come back. Thank you for everything!
