Our historic property consists of a 120 year old school house and a town hall of about 100 years old in the middle of unspoiled nature on a property similar to the park. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule holiday home stretches over 2 levels with a living area of about 140 sqm. In the annex of the old town hall, there is the guest wing with a wellness area on the ground floor and the 2 apartments velvet shell (about 60 sqm) and heart shell (about 50 sqm) on the upper floor.

The state capital Bremen can be reached in 45 minutes by train, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
