Prons Very spacious apartment for 2 people. In a quiet neighbourhood. Very clear instructions and responsive host . Cons Apartment could be cleaner . Body wash , shampoo and bottle of water would be nice to have at least for first day.

Franziska is a super host, great communication and she made everything possible to fulfill extra requests. I can only recommend it.

I feel like I can't say enough good things about Julia and this apartment. Everything was perfect. The place is even better than the photos, and Julia is there every step of the way. I already miss staying here, and it will be my go-to place when coming to Berlin. The only thing I'm worried about is too many people finding out about this amazing gem! Thank you, Julia!

Chiara's apartment was stylish, new and spotlessly clean. It was also much bigger than the photos suggested - we stayed with our two kids and there was more than enough space for us all. It is very conveniently located with a tram stop and U-bahn station close. The neighbourhood is lively with lots to do, but quiet in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Instructions and communication were very good. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay in Chiara's apartment again.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cottage, we were 4 people and we had a lot of space. Kitchen was fully furnished, living room cozy, spacious bathroom and second toilet, and also the bedrooms were spacious. In the summer you will also be able to sit outside under the veranda or in the garden, now at Christmas that was a bit fresh. There were cozy Christmas decorations everywhere. The beds were already made and there were plenty of towels available, even tea towels and dish soap. WiFi works well, and there were several TVs, but we didn't wear them. In addition, Heike is also a very friendly host, so as far as we are concerned, recommended and subject to repetition. Thanks again Heike!

We were completely satisfied. The house was equipped with everything you could wish for. Whether washing machine,a great fireplace that provides cozy warmth, a nice fruit basket and in case you arrive Saturday evening without meals, even a small breakfast with fresh eggs from your own chicken house, homemade jam, coffee and many more was provided. All in all, everything you need to feel comfortable is thought of. We definitely recommend 100% and will also book again.

A beautiful place to stay! A high-quality renovated, listed cottage with stylish decor. We (family of 4) felt comfortable and appreciated the ambiance. Everything you need for a short weekend is there. In the garden, we could still enjoy late summer rays of sunshine in sun loungers. Corinna is quick to respond and provide you with all the important information. We will definitely be back!

Carola's place was a great place to stay. It was extremely walkable to the train and grocery stores, and the neighborhood itself was a nice place to walk around and had a fun playground for kids. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I was a little concerned at first that the kitchen is relatively small and there's no living room -- this might be a bit of a problem if you plan to spend most of your time at the house, but if you're out and about all day, then it's not a problem. There's also a nice outdoor space you could make use of if the weather is nice. Carola herself is great, she was extremely helpful in finding any items we needed to make our stay more comfortable, even tracking down a high chair when we needed one.

Waking up in the morning and having the view of the lake and the island is fantastic! We were only in the APARTMENT for sleeping, but with the well-equipped kitchen you could also take care of yourself very well. Wolfgang left us a "little greeting" and we didn't have to leave the house in the morning without a coffee! Thank you for this attention So the day could start well!

Great to stay in an actual lived-in apartment in a nice neighborhood of Berlin. The space was lovely and the location excellent. We had a perfect stay. We did run out of some essentials (toilet paper, paper towels etc) but no big deal.

Lovely place, pretty quiet, lots of stuff in walking distance. Overall worth it!
