This executive home is quiet and perfect for individuals & solo travellers, work contractors and Cyclists. Close to all amenities. It is 5 minutes from the Severn Bridge into Wales, 10 mins from Cribbs Causeway shopping mall, 30 mins to Bristol City Centre. 10 minutes from The Wave and Southmead Hospital. Enjoy rambling paths and cycle routes or just relax with a taste of the country side in large gardens. Something for all. Easy access to M4 & M5. Very quiet and has a relaxed atmosphere.

A 4 bedroom Victorian style family home, 5 minute walk to Penarth town and Marina and 20 minute walk to Cardiff bay. 10 minute drive to Cardiff City centre or take the boat! Spacious Lounge & Kitchen-diner, 2 double bedrooms & 2 children's/single rooms. Also large family bathroom with roll top bath. Penarth is a seaside town with great parks and our home is a 100m walk to a gorgeous barrage where you can catch the boat to Cardiff Bay or Cardiff City Centre. A lovely house in a gorgeous town!

Superb Detached Coach House in Peaceful Location!

Superb detached coach house in a quiet, leafy street close to the shops and restaurants of Llandaff and it's famous Cathedral, and a short drive from Cardiff City Centre. Fully equipped kitchen, stunning bedrooms and bathrooms and beautiful lounge-diner, with patio doors opening onto a pleasant private garden. Free parking on the driveway and on the road. Built in 1855 this Victorian villa in the heart of the city has recently been completely redeveloped. No expense has been spared and the designer has created a unique contemporary feel whilst retaining several of the original features. It really is a hidden gem offering very generous space for a large group with additional benefit of having secure locked parking space for up to 5 cars. Its a 13 min walk into town.
