An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

The Villa is on a promontory above the beautiful blue Golfo di Policastro , just a few minutes walk down to Porticello beach. It is surrounded by luscious vegetation and private garden space. Acquafredda, is a little hamlet just 8 km from Maratea old town. You’ll love my place because of the peace and tranquility, our patio, the abundance of nature, the remoteness and the wonderful beaches. Of course our house is also wonderfully comfortable !.
