Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor of a Bremen terraced house in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, kitchen & balcony. In this special accommodation are all important points of contact on the doorstep: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10min walk to the Congress& Exhibition Center, 10min by bus to the train station & 15min to the city or the Weser (battles). The guest suite has 80 sqm with an open plan living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with high ceilings, a large bathroom with windows and a terrace. The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near the Bremen-Lesum train station. The drive to Bremen city centre takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

Welcome to the old New Town. Numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities line up here. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. There are numerous free parking spaces outside the door. You can walk to Bremen Schlachte and the city center in 10 minutes. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from the year 1895. The apartment was built from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
