A beautiful house, super well-stocked, surrounded by greenery where you can spend a lot of time relaxing, an oasis of peace!

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

Olivia was a super host, very helpful, precise and kind. The house was wonderful! Surrounded by greenery and tranquility in contact with nature. We found very clean rooms with everything we needed and… surprise, the fireplace! We hope to be able to return. Thank you for everything!

Excellent place to stay and great hosts. Nice area, it’s about an hour’s walk to the old city, a bit more if you follow the greenway but a nicer route. Parking place is at the property and easy to find. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giuseppe’s house! From the moment I arrived, Giuseppe was extremely welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was exactly as described, even better in person.

Lovely house just outside of Sandrà. The house is large with a lovely large garden. It is set just off the main road and is really quiet. Great location to explore all the south of Lake Garda has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicola's place. The space was outstanding and the view was a dream. The place is a little elevated and we recommend a car to go to Bardolino. Bardolino is also great with children and dog. It has a dog playground and lots of options for kids. The highlight was the little stroll.

Spectacular! Truly lovely - both the property and Erika! Located just minutes from the 1/2 marathon finish line. I highly recommend this property. (A full flight of stone stairs leads to the bedrooms).

Nicolò's accommodation is definitely recommended! You are in a quiet and tastefully furnished apartment that is still in the city center. Nicolò himself was very helpful. The only thing that was a little less for us was the bed.

So cute! Like a Nora Ephron movie, and right on a little creek. Absolutely romantic little cottage within 10 minutes walk to some nice restaurants like Orchidee (delicious!) and down to the lake. We brought our small dog and had some lovely hikes up into the hills as well. We plan to stay there again!

The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect. Communication was also excellent. Unfortunately, only the gas stove did not work properly, so you could only cook very poorly yourself.

We were guests of Alberto and Olivia for New Year's. Wonderful accommodation, even more beautiful in person than in the photos: very recent interiors that leave the rusticity of the house intact and indeed bring it out. Very clean and tidy rooms. Everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom is there. You won't need anything. Immersed in nature and isolated (in the most positive sense of the term), in the heart of the "hills" of the area, with various hiking trails that start directly from the house and allow you to explore magnificent landscapes. Tranquility is the watchword. Alberto and Olivia are two magnificent hosts, extremely friendly and easy-going, and so helpful: they really made us feel like old friends! What can I say: highly recommended hosts and locations. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a few days in your pearl, dedicated to relaxation and nature.

Valeria responds quickly, instructions were clear and checked us in personally. We left the keys in the mailbox when leaving. The apartment was nice and clean in a great location, in the middle of everything. We recommend the place!

Comfortable, modern, clean, quality accommodation in a lovely village! Peaceful location, at least outside of tourist season. It was “nice” to wake up every morning at the church bell. We were delighted by the bikes of all sizes, and we toured around the island. ❤️

We enjoyed staying there as a family very much and had a very comfortable week. The house is very beautiful and very useful. Also Fausta is a very helpful lady. She is an incredibly caring and friendly host.

We immediately felt comfortable at the place. Everything was as described. The large pool was of course a highlight. We can only recommend this house!

Incredible stay in Malcesine! The villa was honestly somehow more beautiful than the photos - and the view was stunning. It was a lovely spot to spend a week. We especially loved eating dinner under there terrace and lights. Matteo was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. As another reviewer noted, the drive up is not for the faint of heart - lots of windy, tight roads - but once you’ve done it a few times it’s completely fine - and the villa and view were well worth it!

Lovely place in an amazing setting. The Spa is amazing, better than the pictures! Davide is also a great host who answered all of our questions, everything from local taxi recommendation to if we could have a later checkout. 10/10 would totally recommend. We came in March and it looked beautiful already then. Can only imagine how nice this place is during summer!
