Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brescia

Everything was perfect!! Federico was really always available and we had a really good time!!!

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

Olivia was a super Host, very helpful, precise and kind. The house was wonderful! Surrounded by greenery and tranquility in contact with nature. We found very clean rooms with everything we needed and ... surprise the fireplace ! We hope to return. Thank you for everything!

This lovely place exceeded our expectations. Everything about it is extremely tasteful: the lighting is stylish, the fireplace cosy, the kitchen cleverly laid out. And Cinzia such a charming and generous host. We would return in a heartbeat.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giuseppe’s house! From the moment I arrived, Giuseppe was extremely welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was exactly as described, even better in person.

Lovely house just outside of Sandrà. The house is large with a lovely large garden. It is set just off the main road and is really quiet. Great location to explore all the south of Lake Garda has to offer.

What an incredible find. Clean and modern with views that wow! Absolutely a great get away. We walked into town for dinner and coffee in the am. The trail around the lake is in fantastic condition and the lake is breathtaking taking. We will be back.

From the time Erika met us at her home until we left our stay was perfect. We loved the location, the views and the character and charm of this authentic 800yo house with all the modern conveniences. Would recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Italian experience in this beautiful lakeside home.

Very tastefully decorated flat in a convenient location: next door to lots of cafes, restaurants and the main shopping street but the flat is quiet at the same time. About 12 min walk to the main train station. About 15 mins walk to Citta Alta The property is well equipped and immaculate. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower and we were provided with quality white fluffy towels ;complimentary coffee , tea and biscuits. The host is very helpful, easy to communicate, and flexible. We were allowed to check in earlier and to check out later. Highly recommend and if ever come back I will definitely stay in the flat again

Very, very nice house, with a wonderful garden, ideal for those who have an animal. Close to the lakefront. The heating works impeccably. We had a very good time. Highly recommended.

there were two of us and we had a good time.. Elisabetta is very responsive in her communication and allowed us to leave the trolley upon arrival in the morning. the accommodation is well located in a quiet area...it is true that you can hear the bells at 7 but we were not in Bergamo to sleep and in any case it depends on everyone's sleep ( my sixteen-year-old son didn't even hear them!)The station is a 20-minute walk away and nearby there is everything you need...thank you x the courtesy coffee pods:D!! The apartment is heated the right way but it is on the third floor, not suitable for those with mobility difficulties of course. I recommend the taiocchino, bergamasca tavern quite close on foot

We were guests of Alberto and Olivia on New Year's Eve. Wonderful accommodation, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos: very recent interiors that leave the rusticness of the house intact and in fact highlight it. Very clean and tidy environments. It has everything you need for both the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. You won't need anything. Immersed in nature and isolated (in the most positive sense of the term), in the heart of the "hills" of the area, with various hiking trails that start directly from the house and allow you to explore magnificent landscapes. Peace of mind. Alberto and Olivia are two magnificent hosts, extremely affable and helpful, and very helpful: they really made us feel like longtime friends! What can I say: super-recommended hosts and locations. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a few days in your pearl, at the sign of relaxation and nature.

The location is quiet, on a beautiful old street, within 5 to 15 minutes walk to all places of interest. All walks are very enjoyable - through beautiful old streets and squares. The building is from 1400s, in an excellent shape, with modern plumbing and elevator. The apartment is comfortable, with a lot of antique and beautiful things and feels like home right away. Franca provided coffee, tea, pastries and yogurt for breakfast. Last but not least, Franca is a rare host - caring, considerate and extremely responsive. She is very knowledgeable and interesting, and gave us great recommendations, from places to see to restaurants. We would highly recommend this place, and if we come back to Brescia, would by all means stay there again. It was a very special experience.

Incredible stay in Malcesine! The villa was honestly somehow more beautiful than the photos - and the view was stunning. It was a lovely spot to spend a week. We especially loved eating dinner under there terrace and lights. Matteo was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. As another reviewer noted, the drive up is not for the faint of heart - lots of windy, tight roads - but once you’ve done it a few times it’s completely fine - and the villa and view were well worth it!

We had an excellent stay here, the view of the lake is incredible and the villa is beautiful. Luca and his family are super friendly, we would definitely come back!
